These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Summer Wheel” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 04.08.2025 until 07.09.2025 at 23:59 CEST (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of PartyPokercom (the "Website") who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada)
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions

(an “Eligible Player”).

Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

3. In order to participate, Eligible Players must:
1. Login in to the mobile app and play 3 SPINS Overdrive games of minimum $5 each (If the games are accessed and played form the poker client, the Eligible Player will not qualify for this Promotion).
2. Click on the Summer Wheel widget found in the “Offers” section.
3. Click on “SPIN” (or tap screen on Mobile App) to spin the Wheel.
4. The Wheel will land on icon which will reveal whether or not the Eligible Player has won a prize and which prize they have won.
5. Prizes which can be won participating in Summer Wheel include P$ or Cash, as detailed in the table below:

6. Prizes are non-transferable.
7. Maximum one spin of the Summer Wheel per Eligible Player, per day.
8. Every spin for the Summer Wheel expires 48 hours after being issued.

POKER DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

9. P$ awarded as part of this Promotion:
   1. Will be credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account automatically at the end of each spin if they landed on this prize.
   2. Will allow entry into any poker game except heads-up games.
   3. Won’t have an expiry date.
   4. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players.
   5. Are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

10. The cash prize has a value of $1,000 and will be credited to the winner’s account at the end of each spin if they have landed on this prize. 
11. The cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment it is credited onto the Eligible Player’s account. 
12. The cash prize does not have an expiry date.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

13. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their website account (the “Promoter”).
14. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.
