BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. 1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Table Starter” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 21st November 2022 until 15th January 2023.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

a) have a verified Website account;
b) are over 18 years old;
c) have downloaded our poker client; and
d) are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW DOES IT WORK

5. During the Promotional Period, Eligible Players will be credited a weekly reward (the “Reward”) based on the rake generated from Monday at 00:00 GMT until the following Sunday at 23:59 GMT
6. Only rake generated during Qualifying Hands will count towards this promotion
7. The Qualifying Hands are:

a) Any hands played in No-Limit Holdem (NLH) and/or Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) 6-max or 8-max Cash Games with stakes of $0.10/$0.25 or higher, where 3 or fewer players are dealt cards.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. The Reward value will be calculated considering the sum of all rake paid by the Eligible Player during Qualifying Hands during a full week.
9. The following Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players, each week of the Promotional Period: 

a) 25% of the sum of rake collected during Qualifying Hands.

10. An Eligible Player will only receive one Reward a week.
11. The Rewards will be paid out and visible in the Eligible Player’s account within 24hrs after each weekly Promotional Period ends
12. All Rewards appear in USD ($). Eligible Players will be credited their Reward according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.  
13. The Rewards include:

a) partydollars (“P$”)

PARTYDOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

14. partydollars:

a) allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games).
b) will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
c) cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
d) cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

15. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
16. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
17. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
