• These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Turbo Series Giveaway 2023 Competition” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Period

• This promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 14:00 08/08/23 until 23:59 (BST) 28/08/23 (the ''Promotional Period'').
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Who Can Claim This Promotion

• The Promotion is open to:
  • residents of countries where partypoker.com accept customers from (please see ‘Country of residence’ dropdown list displaying available countries);
  • players who are 18+, 19+ Canada
  • who are not self-excluded, or a part of any National Self-Exclusion scheme.
    (together an “Eligible Player”)
• Employees of the Promoter or any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

How To Participate In This Promotion

• In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must:
• Hold a real money account with PartyPoker
• Submit an answer to the question ‘Who came second in the 2023 British Grand Prix?’ along with their account username

Prize Draw Mechanics and Prizes

• The winners of the Promotion (the “Winners”) will be selected the day after the end date of Promotional Period.
• Winners will be selected amongst all participants who submitted a correct answer and hold a real money account with PartyPoker using a random number generator programme.
• A total of 1 winner will be selected for the 1st place prize package, as well as 2 runners up.
• Winners (and their guests, if applicable) must be at least 19 years old in order to receive any of the prizes (as defined below) that can be won in this promotion.
• The following is a list of prizes that can be won in the Promotion:
  • 1st place - One (1) pair of Grandstand Tickets to a Grand Prix race of the winner’s choosing (Brazil, Mexico or Las Vegas) and $5000 towards expenses
  • 2nd place - One (1) of two (2) pairs of Grandstand Tickets a Grand Prix race of the winner’s choosing (Brazil, Mexico or Las Vegas).
  (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”).
• The Prizes will be delivered to the winners in the following way:
  The Grandstand Tickets will be sent electronically to the winners via the email address provided on their PartyPoker.com account and age verification checks for the winners are passed successfully. For the 1st place prize, $5000 (or approximately the same amount in local currency) will be added to their PartyPoker account
• Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided on their PartyPoker account (a “Winning Notification”) within five (5) days of the winners being selected. The winners will need to respond to the Winning Notification within five (5) days of receiving it to confirm acceptance of the Prize, confirm their contact details and any other relevant details necessary in order for the winners to receive the relevant Prize.
• It is the Eligible Players’ responsibility to ensure that the email address they submit is correct. Failure to respond to the Winning Notification within five (5) days of receiving it may result in the forfeiting of the Prize.
• If the Promoter, in its sole discretion, deems any Prize to have been forfeited, another winner will be chosen to receive the relevant Prize.
• Winners (and their guests, if applicable) will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling and/or other checks that are required, prior to receiving any Prizes, in order to ensure the Prizes are administered fairly and responsibly. The winners (and their guests, if applicable) may be required to provide additional information and documentation in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks when requested by the Promoter will result in the winner forfeiting the Prize.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute any one of the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

TURBO SERIES GIVEAWAY PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Winners will be disqualified and deemed to have forfeited the prize if:
  • the winners do not respond to the Winning Notification from the Promoter within five (5) days of receiving the Winning Notification; and
  • the winners (and/or the winner’s guest) has failed to satisfy the age, ID verification or any other checks required by the Promoter within five (5) days of this information being requested.
• The Turbo Series Giveaway prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for this Prize.
• In the event of any Government-imposed COVID-19 restrictions, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide tickets to a different Grand Prix.
• The Promoter will not be responsible and/or liable for any cancellation and/or alterations (including any cancellations and/or alterations that are a direct or indirect result of the COVID-19 pandemic) to any element of the Turbo Series Giveaway prize that is outside of the Promoter’s control.
• The Promoter will not be responsible and/or liable for the inability of Prize winners or their guests to take up and/or use the Turbo Series Giveaway prize.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winners and their invited guests to comply with any third-party providers terms and conditions.
• Winning entrants first name and county may be published or made available to the public on request in order for the Promoter to comply with regulatory obligations. We will use all personal data in accordance with Privacy and Cookie Notice.

General

• The Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
• In the case of any suspicious, abusive, inappropriate or fraudulent game play/behaviour, the promoter reserves the right to exclude players from this promotion in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
• In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, tickets or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (acting reasonably) to cancel the promotion and/or correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from a such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
