Specific Terms and Conditions

• The promotion will run from 21:00 (BST) on 08/09/20 to 12:00 (BST) on 14/09/20 (the "Promotional Period").

US Open Leaderboard

• In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period. 
• Players must:

1. be over 18 years old;
2. be located in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Gibraltar, Netherland or Canada;
3. be a new or existing player with partypoker.com;

• An Eligible Entry into the Leaderboard complies with the following requirements:

1. Bet on Men’s or Women’s single matches at the 2020 US Open (Tennis)
2. Only winning bets will count towards this promotion;
3. Both pre-event and live will count toward this promotion;
4. bets placed on enhanced accumulators/price boost will not count;
5. duplicate and void bets will not count;
6. cancelled bets and systems do not count towards this offer;
7. cash out bets do not count towards this offer;
8. system bets do not count towards this offer;
9. bets placed using free bets will not count towards this

Mechanics

• If an Eligible Player buys in to recieve an Eligible Entry during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player shall be entered into a leaderboard (the “Leaderboard”).
• For every Eligible Bet placed, Eligible Players shall receive points based on their stake * the odds of a winning bet.
• Eligible Players who place in the top 50 places on the Leaderboard (the “Winning Players”), shall be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below).
• The Leaderboard shall be compiled daily
• The Leaderboard points are awarded upon the settlement of an eligible bet.
• Each Winning Player shall be credited with a Prize as detailed in the table below:

• In the event that two or more Eligible Players accrue the same number of points and rank on the same place on Leaderboard (a “Tie”), then the winning Eligible Player will be:

1. the Eligible Player with the highest number of winning Eligible Bets made within the Promotional Period; if there is still a Tie, then:
2. the Eligible Player with the largest winning Eligible Bet placed.

• The Winning Players will be announced by 18:00 14/09/20 and Winning Players will be credited within 48 hours.

Cash Terms and Conditions

• The cash winnings will be issued into the Eligible Player's account in accordance with these terms and conditions and the promotion ''Mechanics'' section of the player's account.
• In order to claim the cash, Eligible Players must log in to their account.

FreeBet Terms and Conditions

• The Free bet will be issued into the player's account in accordance with these terms and conditions and the promotion ''Mechanics'' section of the player's account
• In order to claim the Free bet, players must log in to their account;
• The Free bet will be found above the bet slip;
• The Free bet will expire after 7 days;
• If a player places a bet using their Free bet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the Free bet will be credited to the player's account. Further information on Free bets can be found here;
• If you have more than one Free bet, the Free bets will be activated one after another.

General

• Where the company suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions
