Specific Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion will run from 00:01 (CET) on 01/12/20 to 23:59 (CET) on 30/12/2020 (the "Promotional Period").[SS3]

  • By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions

[Title] Prize Draw

  • In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must buy in and participate in 5 out of [9] LADbible Tournaments (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
  • Players must:
  • be over 18 years old;
  • be located in the UK ; and
  • be a new or existing player with partypoker.com.

(an “Eligible Player”)

  • During the Promotional Period the Promoter will host [9] tournaments on partypoker.com that will be titled „LADbible Poker Room“ („LADbible Tournaments“).
  • An Eligible Player will receive 1 entry into the Prize Draw if they buy-in into a minimum of 5 LADbible Tournaments. The buy-in amount for each LADbible Tournament will be £5.50.
  • Eligible Player’s will need to enter a password to buy-in to a LADbible tournament, the password is available on LADbible social media accounts.
  • Players must both register and participate in the LADbible Tournament in order for it to count towards the 5 tournaments required to qualify.
  • Cancelled registrations / tournaments will not count towards this promotion.

Mechanics:

  • All Eligible Players who bought in and participated in 5 or more LADbible Tournaments during the Promotional Period, shall be automatically placed into a Prize Draw (defined below).
  • Max 1 entry into Prize Draw per player.
  • The Prize Draw Winner (defined below) shall be entitled to the Main Prize.
  • The Main Prize consists of:
  • Playstation 5 (the „Main Prize“)
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Main Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value in the event the Main Prize offered is not available.

 

The Main Prize Draw:

  • If multiple Eligible Players have bought into and participated in a minimum of 5 LADbible Tournaments during the Promotional Period, those Eligible Players shall qualify to be entered into a draw (the “Prize Draw’’).
  • On the [02/01/21], all Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw shall be randomly sorted into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
  • Each Eligible Player will be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw (the "Unique ID").
  • The winner of the Prize Draw shall be selected on the [02/01/21] using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the “Tool”).
  • The Tool shall select a Unique ID, identifying a single Eligible Player, at random (the “Prize Draw Winner(s)”). If only one Eligible Player is entered into the Prize Draw, that Eligible Player will be considered the Prize Draw Winner.
  • The Promoter shall contact the Prize Draw Winner, directly via the Email OR phone number provided in their player account within 72 hours of the draw, and will provide further Main Prize details.
  • The Main Prize shall be delivered to the Prize Draw Winner within 90 days of the Playstation 5 UK release date. Should the UK release date be later than 1 January 2021, Promoter shall award an alternative prize or cash of equal or higher value within 30 days from 1 January 2021.
  • If the Prize Draw Winner fails to respond within 72 hours of being contacted or fails to provide proof of address or any other information required by us within [72 hours] of the request, we reserve the right to disqualify the Prize Draw Winner from this promotion.
  • Post disqualification, the Prize Draw Winner will no longer be eligible to receive the Main Prize and another winner shall be selected in accordance with the process described above. It is each player’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is saved in their player account.
  • The Promoter shall be the main point of contact for arranging the delivery of the Main Prize.
  • No cost for delivery shall be incurred by the player.
  • For queries and contacts on delivery of the Main Prize, the player needs to contact : editorial@oddsbible.com
  • Main Prize shall be delivered by recorded delivery to the address details confirmed with the Prize Draw Winner at the time of distribution.
  • The Prize Draw winner’s first name and county may be used to publish the winner of the Prize Draw. Any personal information provided by the customer shall be treated in accordance with our privacy and data protection legislation.
