These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Live Event UK Welcome Offer” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 15/04/2025 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to new customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years of age;
   2. are resident in the UK;
   3. be a new player on www.partypoker.com are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any e-wallet payment method and pre-paid cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
4. Eligible Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must register via the QR code and make a £10+ deposit in one single transaction during the Promotional Period (an “Eligible Deposit”).
6. Once an Eligible Player has made an Eligible Deposit, a 100% Deposit Match Bonus up to £1,000 will be credited into the Eligible Players pending bonus balance (the “Deposit Bonus”).
7. An Eligible Player will also receive £50 worth of Free Play consisting of Party Dollars, Tickets for the Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 Tournament and SPINS Overdrive game plus a £25 Partypoker tour Path Tournament Ticket, the Free Play and Tickets will be credited over a 6 day period as per term 18.
8. For this promotion, the currency amount appears in GBP. Eligible Players will be paid their bonus according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

DEPOSIT BONUS SPECIFIC TERMS

9. The Deposit Bonus will be credited upon placing an Eligible Deposit and will be pending in the Eligible Players website account within the account section and will not be available to play with until the Loyalty Points requirements (as set out below) are met, once they have been met the bonus funds are released.
10. To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus, the Eligible Player must accumulate 5x the amount of the Deposit Bonus in Loyalty Points (the "Total Loyalty Points").
11. The pending Bonus will be released to an Eligible Players website account in increments of 5% of the Bonus amount as the Eligible Player accumulates 5% of Total Loyalty Points (as defined below).
12. Each time an Eligible Player accumulates 5% of the total Loyalty Points required, they will receive a 5% share of the Bonus amount (the “Cleared Bonus”).
13. Each portion of the Cleared Bonus will be credited in Cash to the Eligible Player's website account automatically once the Eligible Player reaches the Total Loyalty Points requirement.
14. Each released portion of the Deposit Bonus will be credited as Cash to the Eligible Player's account automatically once the Eligible Player reaches the 5% the Total Loyalty Points requirement.
15. An Eligible Player will earn 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 (or currency equivalent) played in Poker rake.
16. The Total Loyalty Points must be accumulated within 90 days of the Eligible Deposit date.
17. Any portions of the Deposit Bonus that are not released within 90 days from when the Eligible Deposit was made, will expire and will be forfeited.
18. Eligible Players can withdraw their Cash funds at any time before the Total Loyalty Points requirements have been met, however any Deposit Bonus increments that have not yet been met will be forfeited.

Example:

• Player “A” makes an Eligible Deposit of £20 and receives a pending Deposit Bonus of £20.
• To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus (£20), Player “A” must accumulate 5 x 20 = 100 Total Loyalty Points within 90 days from the Eligible Deposit date.
• The pending Deposit Bonus will be divided in 20 bonus portions of £1 each meaning 5% of the total pending Deposit Bonus.
• When Player “A” accumulates 5% of the Total Loyalty Points required (i.e. 5 Loyalty Points), 5% of the Deposit Bonus (£1) will be released.

£50 FREE PLAY SPECIFIC TERMS

19. The £50 Free Play will be credited to an Eligible Players website account over a six-day period, as detailed below:
    • Day 1 = P$5 Party dollars + 5x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets + 1x £25 Partypoker Tour Path Round 4 ticket
    • Day 2 = P$5 Party dollars + 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    • Day 3 = P$5 Party dollars + 1x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 ticket
    • Day 4 = P$5 Party dollars + 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    • Day 5 = P$5 Party dollars + 1x $5 SPINS Overdrive Ticket
    • Day 6 = P$5 Party dollars + 2x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 tickets.

PARTY DOLLARS SPECIFIC TERMS.

20. Party Dollars will be credited to an Eligible Players website account automatically each day over a 6 day period from the date the Eligible Deposit is made.
21. Party Dollars can be used in any Poker game excluding heads-up games.
22. Party Dollars do not have an expiry date.
23. Party Dollars cannot be sold or transferred to other Eligible Players.
24. Party Dollars are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PARTYPOKER TOUR PATH SPECIFIC TERMS

26. Tournament Tickets will be credited to an Eligible Player's website account automatically on Day 1, Day 3 and Day 6 as per term 18 from the date the Eligible Deposit is made.
27. Tournament Tickets will allow entry into Partypoker Tour Path as per the following:
    Day 1 – 1x £25 Partypoker Tour Path Round 4 ticket
    Day 3 - 1x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 ticket
    Day 6 - 2x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 tickets.
28. Tournament Tickets can be found in the "My Tickets" section of the Eligible Players website account.
29. Tournament Tickets will expire 14 days after the issued date.
30. Tournament Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other Eligible Players.
31. Tournament Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

SPINS OVERDRIVE TICKETS SPECIFIC TERMS

33. SPINS Overdrive Tickets will be credited to an Eligible Player's website account automatically on Day 1, Day 3 and Day 6 as per term 18 from the date the Eligible Deposit is made.
34. SPINS Overdrive Tickets will allow entry into SPINS Overdrive games as per the following:
    Day 1 – 5x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    Day 2 - 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    Day 4 - 1x $3 & 2x $1 SPINS Overdrive Tickets
    Day 5 - 1x $5 SPINS Overdrive Ticket.
35. SPINS Overdrive Tickets can be found in the "My Tickets" section of the Eligible Players website account.
36. Tournament Tickets will expire 14 days after the issued date.
37. Tournament Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other Eligible Players.
38. Tournament Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

40. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
41. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
42. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
45. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
46. The Promoter is aware that some links to its Promotions may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential player received may have been forwarded on to other persons who didn't receive the genuine Promotion from them. If the Promoter determines, acting reasonably, that a player did NOT receive this promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient, the Promoter will not honor this Promotion.
47. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
