partypoker is delighted to open a fully-licensed poker room to players based in Ontario, Canada, after successfully registering with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Due to the new regulations in Ontario, players based in the province will be moved to the new on.partypoker.ca platform. Poker tables at on.partypoker.ca will be ringfenced to players located in Ontario. The regulation from AGCO will ensure players are given the same level of service and consumer protection they are used to with Party Brands.
Once they are on the platform, players can enjoy poker, casino games and sports betting all from one central hub, with Canadian dollars now in use.
Players’ cash balances will be transferred and converted into the new currency after players provide their consent to the new Ontario specific Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, review their personal information and verify their identity.
The collection of poker games available includes a tournament schedule that will feature partypoker’s renowned Daily Legends and Super Sunday tournaments. Players will also be able to play cash games, fastforward games, SPINS and sit and gos.
partypoker is only part of the suite of offerings entering Ontario. Others include Party Casino and Party Sports to give poker players well-rounded gaming options.
