The $500,000 guaranteed PPC Winter Main Event has six flights taking place between Christmas Day (December 25) and January 16, each costing $530 to enter, unless you win your way in from a single cent; more on that soon. All Main Event players sit down with a 500,000 chip war chest and play to a 15-minute clock where the blinds start at 1,250/2,500/300a.
Please note: blinds levels on Day 1E and the Day 1 Turbo are 12 minutes and five minutes respectively.
Each Day 1 concludes when only 15% of the field remains, with those top 15% of starters progressing to Day 2 with a min-cash in tow. Day 2 of the Main Event commences at 21:05 GMT on January 16, and pauses when only nine players remain. Those nine finalists return to the action from 21:05 GMT on January 17 to conclude this epic tournament.
The $55 buy-in $100,000 guaranteed PPC Winter Mini Main Event follows the same structure, except its flights play out to 12-minute blinds and its turbo-structured flight having five-minute blinds. It also runs December 25 through January 17.
Win Your Way Into the PPC Winter Main Event From $0.01
$530 is the buy-in for the PPC Winter Main Event’s six starting flights, but you can win your way into those Day 1s from as little as $0.01.
Our $0.01 buy-in centrolls are the cheapest way to glory. They feed into the $1.10 feeders, which see you progress to the $5.50 Phase 1s, then the $22 buy-in Phase 2s. Navigate your way through a $22 Phase 2 and you find yourself in the next available weekly Final Phase, which has no direct buy-in, where 15x $530 seats are guaranteed!
Some 48 PartyPoker Players have already won their $500,000 PPC Winter Main Event seats via our weekly Phase Finals, which run at 20:05 GMT each Sunday. Will you make it 49 this weekend?
Exciting Side Events
Although it is the PPC Winter Main Event and Mini Main Event that is receiving plenty of attention right now, there are some exciting side events for you to get your teeth into.
Pot-Limit Omaha players have the $109 buy-in $30,000 guaranteed Omaha PKO Championship and the $22 buy-in $15,000 Mini Omaha PKO Championship to look forward to. These run from December 25 through January 2.
Progressive Knockout fans have the $215 buy-in $150,000 guaranteed PKO Championship and the $33 buy-in $50,000 guaranteed Mini PKO Championship. They run side-by-side from January 2-9.
