• In order to participate in the Boosted Daily Legends Satellites Promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must satisfy the specific requirements as set out below, during the Promotional Period.

• Players must:
• be over 18 years old;
• be a new or existing real- money player with partypoker.com (the “Website”)

Promotion Mechanics

• All Eligible Players who play in one of the Boosted Daily Legends tournaments will be eligible for the chance to win a Prize (as defined below). The minimum buy-in of each Eligible Tournament will vary and will be between $1 and $33.
• Eligible Tournaments are:

• An Eligible Player may receive a maximum of 1 Ticket per level each day of the Promotional Period.

• The daily Prizes are being given away upon an Eligible Player finishing playing in the first Eligible No Limit Hold’em (NLH) Tournament of the day (e.g. if player plays two or more NLH Eligible Tournaments simultaneously, Prize will be given only for the first Eligible NLH Tournament that the Eligible Player finishes playing).

• An Eligible Player may receive a maximum of 3 Prize each day of the Promotional Period (one per level).

• The Prize available are:

Ticket Terms and Conditions

• Tickets:

1. must be used within 7 days; if Tickets are not used within the 7 days, they will expire and will no longer be available; and
2. cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize Probabilities

• The Prizes will be awarded to Eligible Players at random on the basis of the Prize probabilities set out below.

• The probability of winning each type of Prize will vary depending on the buy-in amount used in the Eligible Tournaments as follows:

General

• In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent game play/behaviour, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude players from this promotion.

• Where the company suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
