BEFORE ENTERING THIS POKER TOURNAMENT PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS TOURNAMENT ENTRY. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Poker Tournament promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 28.06.2023 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

This Promotion is available to customers of partypoker.com (the “Website”) who

• have a verified Website account;
• are over 18 years old;
• are eligible to receive Website Promotions; and
• players who downloaded the client.

(an “Eligible Player”).

An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

POKER TOURNAMENT DETAILS

There will be a “Round the clock” poker tournament starting each hour during the Promotional Period (the “Poker Tournaments”).

The Poker Tournaments are free to play. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a Poker Tournament.

The total value of the prize pool, although displayed in Dollars with a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $200, depending on the Poker Tournament entered.

Total prize pool details will be displayed in the Tournament Lobby before an Eligible Player enters the Poker Tournament.

Prize pools will be shared among winning players, check tournament lobby for further details.

For tournaments with a total prize pool of $200, prizes will be paid in tournament tickets for the Grand Prix Summer tournament series.

For tournaments with a total prize pool of $50, $100, $150 prize pool will be paid in partydollars (P$).

These Tournaments start at hourly every day until further notice.

PARTY DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

P$ awarded as part of this Promotion:

• will be credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account automatically at the end of the Poker Tournament;
• will allow entry into any poker game except heads-up games;
• won’t have an expiry date;
• cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
• are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
TOURNAMENT TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

All tickets are non-transferrable.

The tournaments will be structured into multiple "flights" (Day 1A, 1B, 1C and so on.) If the tickets won in Satellites allow access to multiple target events, then:

• For events which have one re-entry, Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B, etc.) where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1) initial buy-in and one (1) re-entry.
• For events with two re-entries, Eligible Players may win up to three (3) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B, etc.) where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1) initial buy-in and two (2) re-entries.

In any eventuality, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific starting flight stated on the ticket. In cases where no tickets are used in the target event, all ticket(s) held for that flight will be forfeited and no ticket, cash, or partydollar alternatives will be offered.

If an Eligible Player has two (2) or more tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight BEFORE the registration period has closed, the Eligible Player MUST use the subsequent ticket(s) for a re-entry in the same specific starting flight.

If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight AFTER the registration period has closed, the second ticket will be made available for use in any subsequent starting flights. In the event that a subsequent starting flight is not available, the ticket will be converted to a ticket for a future series event of the same value.

If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and makes Day 2 of the tournament via the specific starting flight with the first ticket, the second ticket will be converted to partydollars.

The above terms apply only to the first two (2) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with single re-entry or three (3) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with double re-entry.

Any Eligible Player holding more than two (2) tickets to any specific starting flight must use any subsequent tickets (3rd ticket onwards) as an entry or re-entry in subsequent flights of the same event where applicable. Where the maximum number of tickets have been used by an Eligible Player in a specific flight; the 3rd ticket won onwards will be converted for use in any subsequent available flight whether the player has already qualified for Day 2 or not. Where there are no subsequent flights available in the same event the subsequent tickets (3rd ticket onwards) will be deemed as forfeit and no ticket, cash, or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.

If the tickets won in Satellites allow access to one target event:

• Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets for the target event where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1) initial buy-in and one (1) re-entry.
• In any eventuality, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific target event stated on the ticket. In cases where no tickets are used in the target event, the ticket(s) will be forfeited and no ticket, cash, or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.
• If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event BEFORE the late registration period has closed, the player MUST use the second ticket for a re-entry in the same target event. Failure to use the second ticket when registration is still available will result in the ticket being forfeited. In this instance, no cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.
• If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event AFTER the registration period has closed, the second ticket will be converted to a ticket for a future event of the same value.
• 3rd tickets and onwards won for the same target event will be automatically forfeited and no tickets, cash, or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.

Restrictions on Entry to These Tournaments

The Poker Tournaments are single-entry tournaments. Only one entry per Eligible Player per Poker Tournament will be permitted.

Late entry will be available for the first 60 minutes of the Poker Tournament. Further details can be found within the Tournament Lobby.

IMPORTANT TERMS

This Promotion is organized by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the "Promoter").

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player's account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including deposit restrictions and restrictions on bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible if these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to receive any bonus, benefits, or prizes.

If the Promoter suspects that a player is engaged in fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player's Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue, or terminate the Promotion if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including the prevention of fraud or other unlawful behavior.
