PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Before entering this promotion, it is important that you read these promotional terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about the terms on which this promotion can be claimed. You will be required to agree to these promotional terms & conditions when claiming this tournament entry. In particular, please familiarise yourself with the restrictions summarised below. 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this "Daily Legends" Leaderboard promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) each week from Monday at 00:00 CET until the following Sunday at 23:59 CET (the Qualifying Week’’) from 30^th January 2023 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").
2. This Promotion will not be available during any of PartyPoker major series events and will be removed prior to any major series events starting. PartyPoker major series events are the Grand Prix and Millions online.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

3. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years old;
3. have downloaded our poker client; and
4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO QUALIFY 

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must play any of the No Limit Hold’em Daily Legends tournaments (excluding all satellites and Omaha games) (the “Daily Legends Tournaments”) during a Qualifying Week. All Daily Legends Tournaments can be found HERE.
6. Eligible Players who reach pay-out positions in a Daily Legends Tournament will be awarded points (“Leaderboard Points”) towards a Daily Legends Leaderboard (defined below) during that Qualifying Week.
7. Leaderboard Points are awarded upon exit of the specific Daily Legends Tournament.
8. There are three “Daily Legends Leaderboards” running each Qualifying Week during the Promotional Period as follows:

9. Eligible Players who have accumulated enough Leaderboard Points throughout the Qualifying Week will be entered on the relevant Daily Legends Leaderboard.
10. Eligible Players who have reached a Daily Legends Leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard table. By participating in a Daily Legends Tournament, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on a Daily Legends Leaderboard.
11. Eligible Players who place in a Daily Legends Leaderboard ranking at the end of the Qualifying Week will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Daily Legends Leaderboard will be detailed on the Daily Legends Tournaments promotional page.
12. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of points on a Daily Legends Leaderboard (a “Tie”), those players will get the highest rank reward and the next ranks with the same points will be removed.
13. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) reward per Daily Legends Leaderboard per Qualifying Week.
14. The reward for each Daily Legends Leaderboard is: Multi-Table Tournament Tickets.
15. Leaderboard Points are generated by using the following formula

10 * [√n/√rank] n = number of players in the tournament.

16. Only points generated from participating in Daily Legends Tournaments during the Qualifying Week will count towards this Promotion.
17. The Daily Legends Leaderboard and all Leaderboard Points Eligible Players have accumulated, will reset at the end of each Qualifying Week.
18. Leaderboards Points do not count towards the weekly cashback programme.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

19. All Rewards appear as MTT (Multi Table Tournaments) tickets.
20. Tickets awarded as part of this promotion:
    1. will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account within 48hrs after each Qualifying Week ends;
    2. will allow entry into Multi-Table Tournaments. Details will be specified on the tickets itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Player’s Website account;
    3. will expire after 14 days from issue;
    4. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    5. 5. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

21. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
22. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
23. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
