Pascal Hartmann<\/strong> already had a reputation for being one of tournament poker\u2019s best players and his performances in the latest round of Big Game<\/strong><\/a> events, part of the Daily Legends<\/strong><\/a> schedule, adds credit to those claims.<\/p>\n

Hartmann won the $5,200 High Roller Big Game<\/strong> and reached the final table of the $530 edition! Those two fantastic results netted Hartmann more than $123,000. Here\u2019s how that happened.<\/p>\n

The High Roller Big Game: $500K Gtd<\/h2>\n

Hartmann\u2019s biggest prize came from his victory came in the $5,200 High Roller Big Game<\/strong> which saw 102 players create a $511,000 prize pool, surpassing the $500,000 guarantee.<\/p>\n

Each of the final eight players locked up more than $18,000 for their efforts, and what a final eight it was.<\/p>\n

It became less shark-infested when David Peters<\/strong><\/a> busted in eighth place and was joined by the superstar that is Alex Foxen<\/strong> and Team partypoker\u2019s Isaac Haxton<\/strong><\/a>. That elite duo padded their bankrolls with $21,717 and $25,550 respectively.<\/p>\n

Alex Papazian<\/strong> and UK-based Aussie grinder Michael Addamo<\/strong> were the next casualties, the latter scooping $44,712.<\/p>\n

Slovenia\u2019s Rok Gostisa<\/strong>, a regular in the highest buy-in events around the world, finished in third for a $62,801 score, which left Hartmann and Alexandre Montovani<\/strong> to fight it out heads-up.<\/p>\n

The heads-up duo struck a deal that saw Montovani bank $101,841 and Hartmann walk away with yet another major online title and $108,486.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Big Game: $200K Gtd<\/h2>\n

Hartmann was also present and correct at the final table of the $530 Big Game<\/strong>. This week\u2019s $200,000 guaranteed event saw 460 players buy in and create a $236,450 pot.<\/p>\n

Leo Du Boisbaudry<\/strong>, Loic De Doncker<\/strong>, and Lars Kamphues<\/strong> were the first trio of players to bust from the star-studded final table. The final six became five when high flier Jeffrey Cormier<\/strong> ran out of steam. Cormier secured a $10,734 payout, the first five-figure prize of the tournament.<\/p>\n

Then came Hartmann\u2019s demise. The Austrian fell in fourth place and had to make do with a still welcomed $15,132. So close to winning two Big Game titles on the same evening, which would have been so so good!<\/p>\n

Hartmann\u2019s exit left a trio of players in the hunt for the title, but all three agreed to a deal instead. Brazilian Igor Ribeiro<\/strong> officially finished third for $28,685 with Lithuanian Gytis Lazauninkas<\/strong> crashing out in second for $32,888.<\/p>\n

British streamer Jamie Nixon<\/strong> was the player credited with the win and a cool $35,454.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Mini Big Game: $100K Gtd<\/h2>\n

Team Online\u2019s Jordan Drummond<\/strong><\/a> came close to winning the $100,000 guaranteed Mini Big Game<\/strong> but had to make do with a still impressive third-place finish.<\/p>\n

Drummond\u2019s third-place exit saw his $55 investment turn into a cool $7,963. His demise left Lyndon Webster<\/strong> of New Zealand and Austria\u2019s Tomas Lesinta<\/strong> as the last surviving pair of players.<\/p>\n

They fought a superb heads-up battle, a battle that Webster won. First place weighed in at $17,477 and the runner-up banked $12,337, both remarkable scores from a $55 entry thanks to more than 2,000 partypoker players buying in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
