Team Online\u2019s Hristivoje Pavlovic<\/strong><\/a> excelled on the penultimate day\u2019s action and soared into a commanding lead. Our hero finished with a tournament-leading stack of 56,025,473, which has a staggering 22,257,162 chips more than second-placed Gary Thompson<\/strong> of Ireland. That\u2019s 44 more big blinds more than anyone else before you start reaching for your calculators.<\/p>\n

Pavlovic informed his Twitch followers<\/a> that he\u2019ll be single tabling on September 8 so he can maintain his full focus as he aims to get his hands on this WPT title and the incredible $758,312 that awaits the champion.<\/p>\n

Our Team Online star may have a massive lead but there are still some very talented players still in the field who will have a major say in where the title ends up.<\/p>\n

Gary Thompson<\/strong> returns in second place and is poised for a final table appearance. The Irishman has almost $1.4 million in online poker tournament winnings and knows his way around a tournament table.<\/p>\n
