Ireland\u2019s Conor O\u2019Driscoll<\/strong> emerged victoriously from the $320 buy-in WPT #06 Mix-Max Mini Championship<\/strong> and saw his bankroll swell by $121,980.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Driscoll reached the seven-handed final table and found himself surrounded by some of poker\u2019s top talent. Everyone at the final table was guaranteed a $14,370 payout, the sum Aneta Stichova<\/strong> scooped when their tournament ended in seventh place.<\/p>\n

Team partypoker\u2019s Philipp Gruissem<\/strong><\/a> saw his tournament conclude in sixth-place, which saw our German superstar win $19,670.<\/p>\n

Russia\u2019s Ilya Myakishev<\/strong> and Canadian grinder John Gonzalez<\/strong> were the final table\u2019s next casualties. Myakishev\u2019s fifth-place finish weighed in at $34,310 while Gonzalez reeled in $53,230.<\/p>\n

Marc Pronilow<\/strong>\u2019s exit in third place, which was worth a cool $72,410, set up a mouth-watering one-on-one matchup between O\u2019Driscoll and the 2020 MILLIONS UK Main Event<\/strong><\/a> champion Anton Suarez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The battle between Ireland and Sweden went Ireland\u2019s way with O\u2019Driscoll becoming the last man standing and collecting the $121,980 top prize. Suarez can be proud of his runner-up finish and the $93,880 prize money will help soften the blow of not becoming a WPT champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Danish Star Ronni Ravnholt Borg Brings Home The Bacon<\/h2>\n

Ronni Ravnholt Borg<\/strong> is $33,850 richer than a couple of days ago courtesy of being crowned the champion of the Micro Mix-Max Championship<\/strong>. Borg\u2019s prize is worth more than 1,000-times the tournament\u2019s $33 buy-in, plus he gets to call himself a World Poker Tour champion.<\/p>\n

The top four finishers in this even walked away with a five-figure haul for their efforts.<\/p>\n

Fourth-place finisher Erhan Constantin<\/strong> of Moldova banked $14,426 while Colin Horgan of Ireland won $19,863 for his demise in third place. Hargan\u2019s exit left Borg and British star Sean Donovan<\/strong> to fight it out heads-up and it was Borg who shone the most when one-on-one.<\/p>\n

Borg banked $33,850 and resigned Donovan to a still-respectable $25,940 second-place prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
