Top prize plus bounties meant Merenda is now $27,217 richer than a few days ago.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nodor Nakaidze<\/strong> of Georgia was Merenda\u2019s heads-up opponent. Second-place weighed in at a combined $19,283, a significant return on a $33 buy-in.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Big Winners<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ali Imsirovic<\/strong> made amends for not winning the WPT Knockout Championship by triumphing in the $5,200 High Roller. Imsirovic finished <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/wpt-knockout-championship-reaches-day-2-ali-imsirovic-leads.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Day 1B of the Knockout Championship<\/a> as the chip leader but ran out of steam in 14th place for a $27,015 prize.<\/p>\n<p>Imsirovic got his hands on the $32,500 top prize in the <strong>$5,200 WPT High Roller<\/strong>. It was a compact field of 10 entries and our very own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/wptwoc-event-winner-round-up-bicknell-wins-again.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Kristen Bicknell<\/strong><\/a> finished in third to burst the bubble.
