What Happens to My Bounty?

Previously, most of our PKO tournaments are done and dusted in single day, but our Knockout Championship Events and some of the value-packed side events take place over two or more days. Players are also allowed to enter both Day 1A and Day 1B of the Championship Events, which throws up a few questions about bounties and stacks. Here are the answers to questions you may have.

What Happens To My Bounty If I Make Day 2?

Your chips move forward to Day 2 just as in any other tournament we host and so does your bounty. Whatever your bounty is when Day 1 ends is the bounty you start with when Day 2 shuffles up and deals.

What Happens If I Make Day 2 Twice?

Should you be fortunate enough to make it through to Day 2 twice you take your largest stack and largest bounty through with you. Your largest stack and largest bounty may come from different qualifying attempts.

For example, you make Day 2 from Day 1A with 1,000,000 chips and $500 worth of bounties, and also progress from Day 1B with 500,000 chips and $2,000 worth of bounties. In this example, you’d sit down on Day 2 with a 1,000,000 stack and a $2,000 bounty.

Your smaller stacks are forfeited but your smaller bounties are absorbed into the main prize pool and paid out as per the standard payout structure, should you make Day 2 more than once.

Win Your Way Into the WPT Knockout Championship Events

Dozens of Mega Sats and Feeders are running around the clock that feed into the WPT Knockout Championship events.
