Stephen Chidwick<\/strong> is regarded as one of the greatest all-round players of all-time. He\u2019s won more than $34.3 million in the live arena and he\u2019s no slouch online either with more than $5.1 million in cashes. Chidwick boosted those incredible figures on July 5 by triumphing in two of our High Roller Club<\/strong><\/a> events! What a guy.<\/p>\n

High Roller Club: The Big Game – $750K Gtd<\/h2>\n

Chidwick\u2019s first victory came in the $750,000 guaranteed Big Game<\/strong>, which saw a ridiculously stacked final table assembled.<\/p>\n

Our very own Kristen Bicknell<\/strong><\/a> fell short of that final table, crashing out in 10th place for a $17,327 prize. Michael Harrison<\/strong> of the United Kingdom busted in ninth to set the final table<\/p>\n

Brazil\u2019s Rodrigo Sirichuk<\/strong> was the first of the eight finalists to fall by the wayside. Sirichuk netted $23,825 for his eighth-place exit. Rainer Kempe<\/strong> joined Sirichuk on the sidelines when his tournament ended in seventh before Mark Radoja<\/strong> was done and dusted in sixth-place.<\/p>\n

Fifth-place and $50,249 when to Christian Jeppsson<\/strong> who recently won the WPT Online Championship Main Event<\/strong><\/a> at partypoker for $923,785. No victory this time around but still an impressive performance.<\/p>\n

Rok Gostisa<\/strong> did his chances of winning the High Roller Club leaderboard no harm with another deep run. This one ended in fourth place for $71,908, the last prize not to weigh in at six-figures.<\/p>\n

Mike Watson<\/strong> fell in third for $100,498 to leave Chidwick heads-up with Thomas Boivin<\/strong>. Chidwick got the job done and his hands on $191,727, leaving Boivin to bank the $137,752 runner-up prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

High Roller Club: Mix-Max 2nd Chance – $300K Gtd<\/h2>\n

Chidwick\u2019s second High Roller Club title of the night came in the $10,300 Mix-Max 2nd Chance<\/strong>. The top six finishers received a slice of the $440,000 prize pool and it was Rok Gostisa<\/strong> who was the first to receive a payout.<\/p>\n

Gostisa was joined on the sidelines by Germany high stakes specialist Wiktor Malinowski<\/strong> and Canadian superstar Timothy Adams<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The waters grew slightly less shark-infested with the elimination of Jake Schindle<\/strong>r in third. Schindler picked up $57,200 for this latest deep run. His exit left Chidwick and Poker Central\u2019s Dan Shak<\/strong> heads-up for the title.<\/p>\n

There was almost $65,000 difference in the payouts but these two Goliaths didn\u2019t strike a deal. This resulted in Shak collecting $112,615 when he fell in second-place at the hands on the seemingly unstoppable Chidwick. The Mexico-based Brit turned his $10,300 into a $176,000 haul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

High Roller Club: Main Event – $750K Gtd<\/h2>\n

While Chidwick\u2019s prizes were massive, you need to add them both together to get close to the gargantuan prize won by Ali Imsirovic<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Imsirovic came out on top of a 38-strong field in the $25,500 High Roller Club Main Event<\/strong> to secure the largest share of the $950,000 prize pool. This equated to a cool $387,125! Imsirovic defeated the one and only Rob Yong<\/strong> heads-up, leaving Yong to add $251,750 to his bankroll.<\/p>\n

Only the top five finishers banked a prize due to the compact field size. Team partypoker\u2019s Mikita Badziakouski<\/strong><\/a> was the bubble boy, which guaranteed a $59,375 to the next player eliminated. Daniel Dvoress<\/strong> was that player and he gained some company on the rail first by Michael Addamo<\/strong><\/a> then by Artur Martirosian<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The day belonged to Imsirovic who defeated Yong heads-up to become a worthy champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
