The Dutch grinder got his hands on a $66,775 prize, although it took 90-minutes of action to lose the first player.<\/p>\n<p>Teekens can count himself unlucky with his exit hand. He jammed for 4,097,508 at the 150,000\/300,000\/42,500a level with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ac.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and <strong>Viktor Ustimov<\/strong> snap-called in the big blind with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ah.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ad.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. No help arrived from the board and Teekens busted. Teekens\u2019 exit locked up six-figure scores for the surviving seven players.<\/p>\n<p>Greenwood busted in seventh despite starting the day second in chips. Greenwood\u2019s 2.2 big blind shove from the small blind with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ks.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> was called by Ustimov holding <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Hartmann three-bet to 2,940,000 in the small blind, and Jeppsson jammed for 16,246,392. The British player was in the small blind and he limped in for 350,000 with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/as.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> before calling off his 5,003,816 stack when Ustimov set him all-in with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ah.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. A five on the flop wasn\u2019t what Clark wanted to see and his tournament came to an abrupt end.<\/p>\n<p>It didn\u2019t take long for the tournament to lose another player, that player being <strong>Nikolay Ponomarev<\/strong>. Ustimov opened to 880,000 and called when Ponomarev jammed for 10,077,468. It was <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/kc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> for Ponomarev and <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ah.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/kd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> for Ustimov. The five community cards fell <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/as.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/2d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> to reduce the player count by one.<\/p>\n<p>Third-place and $477,333 went to <strong>Juuka Koskela<\/strong> of Finland. Koskela lost a large pot to Jeppsson before pushing his last 12 big blinds into the middle with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ac.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Ustimov called in the big blind with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ah.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/tc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and turned a ten on the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/4h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/4c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/td.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> board.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament clock was paused because Jeppsson and Ustimov looked at the numbers for a potential deal. They liked what they saw and a deal was struck. Ustimov banked $865,542 with Jeppsson collecting $913,783. This left $10,001 for the eventual champion.<\/p>\n<p>Ustimov clawed his way back and took the chip lead at one stage, but Jeppsson put his foot firmly on the gas. The final hand took place during the 250,000\/500,000\/60,000a level. Ustimov opened to 1,000,000 and was called. The flop fell <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Jeppsson check-called a 1,399,152 bet, leading to the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> turn. Jeppsson checked again, Ustimov bet exactly 5,000,000 only to see Jeppson check-raise all-in. Ustimov called off his remaining 15,809,152 with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/kc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ks.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> only to discover he was drawing dead against <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> of Jeppsson. The meaningless <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/2h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> river completed the hand and awarded the title to Jeppsson.<\/p>\n<h2>David Peters Wins $10,300 High Roller<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-85684\" src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/15758178880_b3cc97337e_k1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/15758178880_b3cc97337e_k1-300x201@2x.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/15758178880_b3cc97337e_k1-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While Jeppsson was marching onto victory, <strong>David Peters<\/strong> was making his way to yet another title. This latest victory saw Peters bink the <strong>$10,300 High Roller<\/strong> event, outlasting 100-opponents to lock up $247,450.<\/p>\n<p>Peters defeated <strong>David Gent<\/strong> of the UK heads-up, leaving Gent to scoop $176,750. Third-place finisher, the legendary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/poker-masters-victories-for-watson-and-nemeth.html\"><strong>Andras Nemeth<\/strong><\/a>, won $126,250, the only other six-figure prize on offer.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier at the final table, <strong>Dan Smith<\/strong> and <strong>Fabrizio Gonzalez<\/strong> fell in eighth and seventh-place respectively. <strong>Jorma Nuutinen<\/strong> cashed in sixth for $50,500 with <strong>Mark Davies<\/strong> of Ireland felling away in fifth for $65,650. <strong>Daniil Kiselev<\/strong> of Russia was the fourth-place finish.
