Nomura Triumphs Again!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brazilian sensation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/renato-nomura\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Renato \u201crenatonomura\u201d Nomura<\/strong><\/a> helped himself to yet another major online poker tournament title at partypoker on April 15 when he got his hands on yet another POWERFEST first-place prize.<\/p>\n<p>Nomura\u2019s teammate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/ludovic-geilich\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ludovic \u201cGr4vyBo4t\u201d Geilich<\/strong><\/a> twice came close to victory, once in a $2,100 and again in a $1,050 buy-in event. Which ones? Let\u2019s find out.<\/p>\n<h2>POWERFEST: $75K Gtd 8-Max Deepstack<\/h2>\n<p><strong>POWERFEST: $75K Gtd 8-Max Deepstack<\/strong> drew in a crowd of 176 entries who helped created an $88,000 prize pool. It was one of our own, Team partypoker\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/powerfest-round-up-wins-for-geilich-and-nomura.html\"><strong>Renato \u201crentaonomura\u201d Nomura<\/strong><\/a> who secured the lion\u2019s share of the prize pool.<\/p>\n<p>Nomura came out on top to turn his $$530 into a more substantial $19,474. It was no easy task either with some of the most recognisable aliases competing for that top prize.<\/p>\n<p>A handful of those names made it to the final table, too. <strong>\u201cN0GUTSNOGloryAA\u201d<\/strong> was one of those stellar names. Their appearance at the final table ended in eighth-place, a finish worth $2,240.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSundaynightking\u201d<\/strong> is a name you surely recognise. They fell in third for a $10,208 addition to their bankroll. His luck ran out as the final table kicked off, meaning he had to make do with the $5,400 sixth-place prize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cNILAos\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cCacacacacacacaca\u201d<\/strong> followed suit, doing so having secured payouts of $7,800 and $10,800.<\/p>\n<p>Then it was time for <strong>\u201cbitw1\u201d<\/strong> to fall by the wayside. Third-place in this tournament weighed in at $14,440.<\/p>\n<p>Heads-up pitted <strong>Ludovic \u201cGr4vyBo4t\u201d Geilich<\/strong> against <strong>\u201cNoMoreBets85\u201d<\/strong> and there were no more bets for Geilich as he crashed and burned in second-place. Those two became one when Fedor_Holz won the one-on-one battle.<\/p>\n<p>Fedor_Holz netted $9,232 plus $18,768 worth of bounties.
