Team partypoker\u2019s Jason Koon<\/strong><\/a> is guaranteed to pad his bankroll with at least $510,000 but is only seven eliminations away from securing a $4,080,000 prize, which would be the largest of his illustrious career so far.<\/p>\n

Only eight players remain in the hunt for the title of champion and Koon returns to the felt today second in chips, trailing Seth Davies<\/strong> by less than 200,000 chips. Davies soared to the top of the chip counts when he sent Wai Kin Yong<\/strong> to the rail in ninth-place with the unwanted title of bubble boy.<\/p>\n

Yong opened to 55,000 with and Davies called in the big blind with . The flop fell , Davies checked, Yong continued with a 60,000 bet and then called when Davies check-raised to 170,000. The turn was the and Davies moved all-in. Yong called off his last 390,000. Davies needed a deuce or a diamond to win the pot and it was the latter, the , that completed his flush and set the final table.<\/p>\n

The $10,300 MILLIONS High Roller<\/strong> saw 102 players registered by the time late registration closed and now only 22 players remain. A cool $280,000 awaits the eventual champion and that champion would be Michael Zhang<\/strong> if the tournament ended right now.<\/p>\n

Zhang has 11,560,000 chips when play resumes and only two other players have eight-figure stacks. Chance Kornuth<\/strong> returns with 10,470,000 chips with Germany\u2019s Markus Prinz<\/strong> ending Day 2 with exactly 10,000,000 chips.<\/p>\n

Two members of Team partypoker are still in with a legitimate chance of glory. Anatoly Filatov<\/strong><\/a> has 9,750,000 chips, enough for fourth place at the restart. Finland\u2019s Joni Jouhkimainen<\/strong><\/a> is in the middle of the pack, his 3,970,000 chips placing him 13th overall.<\/p>\n

Team partypoker\u2019s Day Kotoviezy<\/strong><\/a> finds herself in the top 15 chips counts in the MILLIONS Mini Main Event<\/strong> which has reached Day 3. Kotoviezy has 11,825,000 chips at her disposal. Team Online\u2019s Louise Butler is 24th in chips with 9,875,000 betting tokens in her stack.<\/p>\n

Day 3 resumes with 105 players who punched their ticket from Day 2 along with those who made it to Day 3 from the Online Day 1 & 2 at partypoker. Jeff Gross<\/strong> is one such player.<\/p>\n
