Each and every one of the $300 tournament fees were donated to charity, meaning the players raised more than $62,000 for good causes.<\/p>\n<p>Plenty of Team partypoker players were among those who started with high hopes of becoming the tournament\u2019s champion, but who ultimately busted before the money. These included <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/bruno-fitoussi\">Bruno Fitoussi<\/a>.<\/strong> Four-time boxing world champion <strong>Carl Froch<\/strong>, our boss <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/meet-the-people-head-of-poker-tom-waters.html\"><strong>Tom Waters<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/bertrand-elky-grospellier\">Bertrand \u201cElkY\u201d Grospellier<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>Charlie Godwin<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/roberto-romanello\"><strong>Roberto Romanello<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/ludovic-geilich\"><strong>Ludovic Geilich<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/padraig-parkinson\">Padraig Parkinson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/sam-trickett\"><strong>Sam Trickett<\/strong><\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/marcel-luske\"><strong>Marcel Luske<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Money Bubble Bursts<\/h2>\n<p>Luske busted in 27th place with 23 places paid. At least \u201cThe Flying Dutchman\u201d didn\u2019t burst the money bubble, that dubious honour went to <strong>Daniel Wilson<\/strong> who was the last player to leave the tournament floor empty-handed.<\/p>\n<p>Several established, big-name pros secured some prize money. These included partypoker LIVE President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/john-duthie-millions-online-20m-guarantee-was-insane.html\"><strong>John Duthie<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Jack Salter<\/strong>, reigning WSOP Europe Main Event champion <strong>Jack Sinclair<\/strong>, <strong>Jake Cody<\/strong>, and <strong>Kahle Burns<\/strong>, the latter busting in ninth-place to set the official final table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dominic Cullen<\/strong> was the first player to bust from the final table, his eighth-place finish yielding a $26,000 prize. Cullen was joined on the rail by online superstar <strong>Scott Margereson<\/strong> and then Dusk Till Dawn\u2019s <strong>Simon Trumper<\/strong>. This duo banked $33,000 and $43,000 respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tom Hall<\/strong> followed Trumper to the cashier\u2019s desk to collect $58,000 after falling in fifth-place before Jack Sandford crashed out in fourth for an $80,000 addition to his bankroll.<\/p>\n<h2>First Six-Figure Prize Awarded<\/h2>\n<p>Third-place and $115,150 went to Austria\u2019s <strong>Fabian Gumz<\/strong>, which set up a heads-up battle Trigg and <strong>Paul Siddle<\/strong>. The last standing duo struck a deal that locked up $200,000 for each of them and left an additional $50,000 for the champion.<\/p>\n<p>That champion turned out to be Trigg after Siddle pushed all-in with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/tc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/3h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> on the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ts.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> board only for Trigg to snap him off with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> for trip eights.
