Dutchman becomes eighth player to join exclusive team<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

partypoker is delighted to welcome Steven \u2018DWstevie\u2019 Kok<\/strong> to Team Online.<\/p>\n

The Dutchman becomes the eighth player to join the exclusive team comprising the industry\u2019s top poker creators and streamers.<\/p>\n

A relative latecomer to the game, Kok developed an interest in poker through the streaming platform Twitch, and has since grown a sizeable following across his channel that is now over 10,000-strong.<\/p>\n

The strategic element of poker immediately appealed to The Dutchman, initially finding his feet at the grassroots micro stakes. It was here where Kok once turned a $7.50 buy-in into a $3,600 payday that formed the catalyst for his young career, and in 2018, he joined the RaiseYourEdge<\/strong> team, offering advice and guidance on all things poker.<\/p>\n

Similarly, Kok is often known to offer insights into his play across Twitch, whilst regularly charting his life and times on and off the felt.<\/p>\n

Steven joins Matt Staples<\/strong><\/a>, Hristivoje \u201cALLinPav\u201d Pavlovic<\/strong><\/a>, Travis \u201cdramaticdegen\u201d Darroch<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Patrick \u201cXxXMLGPROXxX\u201d Tardif<\/strong><\/a>, Alan “hotted89” Widmann<\/strong><\/a> , Ryan \u201cRSchoonbaert\u201d Schoonbaert<\/strong><\/a> and Courtney “courtiebee” Gee<\/strong><\/a> in the new Team Online stable.<\/p>\n

The creation of the team forms part of a wider company strategy earmarked for the following weeks and months with the focus on streaming quality, engaging content across partypoker\u2019s main Twitch channel. Just recently, the site announced a partnership with \u201cThe Thirst Lounge<\/strong><\/a>,\u201d a Twitch streaming channel launched in 2016 by high stakes player, Bill Perkins<\/strong> that encourages viewers to \u201clive their best life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Plans also include a new partypoker high stakes cash game that will see some of the biggest names in poker invited to trade blows on the site\u2019s virtual cash game tables, streamed live.<\/p>\n

In addition, various current members of Team partypoker including Fedor Holz<\/strong>, Patrick Leonard<\/strong><\/a> and Ludovic Geilich<\/strong><\/a> will alternate in hosting partypoker Twitch streaming sessions, focusing on a range of poker topics.<\/p>\n

Over the coming days, partypoker will be unveiling further new additions to Team Online.<\/p>\n
