partypoker is delighted to welcome Monika \u201cHeyMonia\u201d Zukowicz<\/strong> to its new Team Online.<\/p>\n

The personable Pole was truly tailor-made for the Twitch platform, often putting on highly entertaining streaming sessions in which she openly shares her poker experience, offering practical advice and provoking discussion in the process.<\/p>\n

Whilst studying, the pharmaceutical student became infected with the poker bug after winning a live freeroll – only learning the rules moments before taking to the felt. Instantly hooked, Monika drew inspiration from a friend who had forged a successful poker career and set about turning a hobby into something a little more serious.<\/p>\n

Now living in Malta<\/strong>, Monika successfully juggles time on the tables around her studies, predominately focused on cash games.<\/p>\n

Poker has allowed the 27-year-old to travel the world playing the games she loves, cashing in high profile tournaments such as the Irish Poker Open<\/strong> and the MPN Poker Tour. She has set her sights on moving up to the $400NL cash game limits<\/strong>, and is currently eyeing her first five-figure live tournament score.<\/p>\n

Monika said, “I feel absolutely delighted and thrilled to become a part of the official Team Online! I have been representing partypoker as a streamer for the last few months. Ever since we have signed our first contract I have been working hard to grow as a person and as a player to represent partypoker to the best of my ability. The creation of the team forms part of a wider company strategy earmarked for the following weeks and months with the focus on streaming quality, engaging content across partypoker\u2019s main Twitch channel. Just recently, the site announced a partnership with \u201cThe Thirst Lounge<\/strong><\/a>,\u201d a Twitch streaming channel launched in 2016 by high stakes player, Bill Perkins<\/strong> that encourages viewers to \u201clive their best life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Plans also include a new partypoker high stakes cash game that will see some of the biggest names in poker invited to trade blows on the site\u2019s virtual cash game tables, streamed live.<\/p>\n

In addition, various current members of Team partypoker including Fedor Holz<\/strong>, Patrick Leonard<\/strong><\/a> and Ludovic Geilich<\/strong><\/a> will alternate in hosting partypoker Twitch streaming sessions, focusing on a range of poker topics.<\/p>\n

Over the coming days, partypoker will be unveiling further new additions to Team Online.<\/p>\n
