Twitch streaming site launched by Bill Perkins in 2016<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

partypoker has signed a deal to become the official sponsor of Twitch streaming channel, \u201cThe Thirst Lounge<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

What started life as a simple Twitch streaming platform launched by Bill Perkins<\/strong> in 2016, The Thirst Lounge regularly streams content leaning on a range of areas covering poker, lifestyle, QA and more. The site carries an aspirational narrative, encouraging people to strive for \u201cbigger and better\u201d things in life.<\/p>\n

A hedge fund manager by trade turned high stakes poker player, Perkins often participates in streams himself and describes interacting with the audience as one his favourite features of the site.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Thirst Lounge 10<\/strong>\u201d forms an extension of the channel and comprises an eclectic network of ten content creators of varied life experience from across Europe and the US, who all enjoy a shared passion for producing quality, poker-related content.<\/p>\n

Among the group is Cat \u201c@catrific\u201d Valdes<\/strong>, a prolific streamer and YouTuber new to poker who boasts over 53 million total views, while fellow amateur player, Adam \u201c@AdamScottKlein\u201d Klein<\/strong> uses his fame as \u201cSurvivor: Millennials vs. Gen X<\/strong>\u201d winner to raise funds for lung cancer research.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, The Thirst Lounge 10 member Kelly \u201c@the_lllest\u201d Minkin<\/strong> is better known for posting \u201clast woman standing\u201d finishes at both the 2015 and 2018 WSOP Main Events, while Justin \u201c@fattrain\u201d Kelly<\/strong> is no stranger to the camera lens, regularly hosting poker shows \u201cThe Cage\u201d and \u201cStones LIVE\u201d, with over 15 years of poker experience.<\/p>\n

From poker veterans to new-age streamers, each of the ten hosts are empowered to bring their own brand of creativity to The Thirst Lounge and ensure each show remains engaging and unique, attracting a diverse audience demographic.<\/p>\n

The partnership with The Thirst Lounge is part of a wider streaming strategy being adopted by partypoker over the coming months, with the site set to make more exciting announcements in the coming days.<\/p>\n
