The top three finishers netted at least five-figures from the main prize pool. They were runner-up <strong>\u201cSponix92\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cStucold92\u201d<\/strong> both of the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Fourth-placed <strong>\u201cFish2050\u201d<\/strong> from Sri Lanka also won more than $10,000 when bounties were included. Some 280 players shared the $250,000 prize pool, with Malta\u2019s <strong>\u201cz-boooo\u201d<\/strong> walking away with the lion\u2019s share of the money.<\/p>\n<p>The Malta-based pro defeated <strong>\u201cACHSO800\u201d<\/strong> of Germany heads-up to secure the title. A field of 197 players each paid $1,050 and 32 of those starters made it into the money places.<\/p>\n<p>The top five finishers multiplied their initial buy-in 10 times to give their bankroll\u2019s a nice boost in time for the rest of the Christmas Freeze series. <strong>\u201cPsycoelios\u201d<\/strong> of Switzerland saw their tournament end in fifth-place for $11,000 with fourth-place finisher <strong>\u201cGl4diat0r\u201d<\/strong> walking away with $15,600.<\/p>\n<p>Third-place and $21,100 headed to the Dominican Republic where <strong>\u201cLLinusLLoses\u201d<\/strong> lives. That elimination left <strong>\u201cblackaces93\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201crafaelmoraesgm\u201d<\/strong> to lock horns heads-up for the title.
