International poker star to bring wealth of industry experience to role<\/strong><\/p>\n

partypoker LIVE<\/strong><\/a> is excited to welcome Bruno Fitoussi<\/strong> as an ambassador for live events in Europe.<\/p>\n

French born Bruno \u2018King\u2019 Fitoussi<\/strong>, brings over 30 years\u2019 experience to the newly created role and will join ElkY (Bertrand Grospellier)<\/strong><\/a> on the European team of ambassadors. Fitoussi will be using his vast experience of the industry to share player feedback directly with the partypoker LIVE team to help shape the schedules and products for partypoker in Europe.<\/p>\n

Fitoussi, also known as \u2018the King of Europe\u2019 has enjoyed success in some of the world\u2019s biggest poker tournaments. Most notably in 2001, he won the World Heads-Up Poker Championship<\/strong> (1st edition) beating Amarillo \u2018Slim\u2019 Preston<\/strong> in the final. Fitoussi was also the runner-up of the WSOP HORSE $50K<\/strong> (Players Championship) in 2007 and 15th in the WSOP Main Event<\/strong> in 2003. Fitoussi has been nominated four times for the prestigious WSOP Hall of Fame<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Based in Paris, Fitoussi was the poker consultant for 20 years at the Aviation Club de France (ACF)<\/strong> and has commentated on hundreds of poker tournaments on many different TV shows.<\/p>\n

Speaking in his new role as ambassador for partypoker LIVE, Fitoussi said: \u201cI am thrilled to join the partypoker LIVE team \u2013 partypoker has always held a special place in my heart, so to be working with them is a great privilege for me. I have a vast wealth of industry experience that I am excited to share, and I look forward to getting involved with all aspects of the business.\u201d<\/p>\n

With a packed agenda of events over the coming months, Fitoussi\u2019s first tournament will be MILLIONS UK<\/strong><\/a>. He said: \u201cI can\u2019t wait to come back to Nottingham to Dusk Till Dawn for MILLIONS UK, and the Caribbean Poker Party<\/strong><\/a> in The Bahamas is a \u2018must do\u2019 for any poker player. To end 2018, I will head to Deauville for the WPT Deepstacks<\/strong> in December [3-9 December].\u201d<\/p>\n

MILLIONS UK is taking place at Nottingham\u2019s Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club from 29 September \u2013 7 October 2018. The Caribbean Poker Party is being held at the brand-new Baha Mar<\/strong> resort in The Bahamas from 9 \u2013 18 November 2018.
