Keep reading to discover which partypoker players won some serious money on Day 10 of this amazing $40 million guaranteed poker festival.<\/p>\n<h1>$40 million POWERFEST: The Story So Far<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Event played: 290<\/li>\n<li>Events remaining: 76<\/li>\n<li>Money awarded: $31,110,605<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>$40 million POWERFEST Day 10 Highlights<\/h1>\n<p><strong>POWERFEST #53-SHR: $2M Gtd Championship Event PKO NL Hold\u2019em<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buy-in: $10,300<\/li>\n<li>Entries: 198<\/li>\n<li>Prize pool: $2,000,000<\/li>\n<li>ITM: 32<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/index\"><strong>Team partypoker<\/strong><\/a> member and current number one female poker player in the world, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalpokerindex.com\"><strong>Global Poker Index<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Kristen \u201ckrissyb24\u201d Bicknell<\/strong> boosted her poker bankroll by more than $200,000 on May 15th by finishing second in the <strong>POWERFEST #53-SHR: $2M Gtd Championship Event PKO NL Hold\u2019em<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bicknell was one of 198 players to pony up the $10,300 buy-in in the $2 million guaranteed event. Thirty-two places were paid, with fellow Team partypoker member <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/roberto-romanello\"><strong>Roberto \u201cWelshWizard\u201d Romanello<\/strong><\/a> busting in 35th place to narrowly miss out on some prize money; Romanello did secure one bounty worth $3,825.<\/p>\n<p>The eight players who reached the final table locked up at least $22,774 for their efforts, plus any bounty payments they had collected along the way. Several of poker\u2019s elite grinders were present at the final table, including <strong>Andras \u201cprobirs\u201d Nemeth<\/strong> who finished sixth for $41,588 and $33,150 in bounties and Finnish star <strong>Sami \u201cLarsLuzak1\u201d Kelopuro<\/strong> who bust in fifth-place for $54,461 and $24,225 from the bounty prize pool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cClicker_\u201d<\/strong> fell in third-place and was the first player to bank a six-figure score from the regular prize pool; they took home $104,466 and $57,056 in bounties. This exit left Bicknell and Swedish Goliath <strong>Niklas \u201cDrulitooo\u201d Astedt<\/strong> to battle it out for the title.<\/p>\n<p>It was a battle that Bicknell came out of second best, unfortunately, but we\u2019re sure that the $146,549 and $63,510 in bounties will help numb the pain of being the bridesmaid. Following Jouhkimainen out of the door was <strong>\u201crdcrsnn\u201d<\/strong> to leave only three players in the hunt for the title.
