partypoker releases its biggest POWERFEST schedule<\/a> yet with $40,000,000 guaranteed across 366 events<\/a>. The second edition of POWERFEST in 2018 will feature two weeks of poker action from 6th- 20th May. Online satellites start on Thursday 12th April, and players can qualify from as little as $1.10.<\/p>\n

The series will retain the distinct buy-in categories for every event \u2013 Micro, Low, Mid and High. It will feature a number of different formats, including No Limit Hold\u2019em, PLO, PLO8, and various Progressive Knockout events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

POWERFEST Highlights<\/h2>\n

This series sees the return of the $25,500 Super High Roller event with an increased guarantee to $5,000,000. The previous POWERFEST Super High Roller<\/a> saw 129 entries play for their share of the September\u2019s $3,000,000 guarantee. In the end two players remained for the final $1,273,552 of the prize pool. \u201cChelsea72\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cjuanpardo99\u201d<\/strong>, the heads-up duo, agreed to a deal that saw Chelsea72 win $613,485 and juanpardo99 walk away with $660,067. The $5,000,000 guaranteed May edition will see the likes of partypoker ambassadors Joao Simao<\/strong><\/a> and Sam Trickett<\/strong><\/a> take to the tables.<\/p>\n
