After playing tens of thousands of hands, or maybe even millions in the case of online grinders, how can you choose one hand that you remember the most? It would be a difficult task, but one that we asked some members of Team partypoker<\/strong><\/a> to try and choose one hand that stands out from all the rest.<\/p>\n

Roberto Romanello<\/strong><\/a>, who plays online at partypoker under the alias \u201cWelshWizard\u201d<\/strong> is the first pro in the hot seat. Roberto\u2019s hand comes from a live event in December 2010 which he won and secured a \u20ac640,000 prize.<\/p>\n

This hand was the final hand of the 2010 EPT Prague Main Event, which was Roberto\u2019s biggest final table of his career at the time. Having reached final tables previously and then fallen short of the title, Roberto was determined to get the job done.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had a fifth-place finish previously and I felt devastated when I bust out because of my hunger to win a major live event. When I reached the final table in Prague, I knew how important it was to try and finish the job this time, which makes the last all-in hand I played to win the title my most memorable and one I\u2019ll never forget.\u201d<\/p>\n

The hand took place during the 100,000\/200,000\/20,000a level and saw Roberto raise to 575,000 from the button. Emiliano Bono<\/strong> responded with a raise to 2,475,000, Roberto quietly announced all-in and Bono called. Roberto showed and Bono .<\/p>\n

\u201cI just needed my pocket tens to win this race for the title,\u201d said Roberto, \u201cand the dealer didn\u2019t let me down as he fanned a flop of , a flopped full house and that felt amazing! Bono needed a runner-runner on the turn and river so when the landed on the turn he was drawing dead.\u201d<\/p>\n

Roberto has gone on to amass almost $3.5 million in live poker tournament winnings and is number one in the Wales all-time money list, compiled by our friends at The Hendon Mob<\/strong><\/a>.
