Simao was one of 103 entrants in the $2,100 buy-in POWERFEST #32-H: $200K Gtd Turbo NL Hold\u2019em<\/strong> event. Our Brazilian hero actually bust early in the event, but took full advantage of the re-entry format to walk away with another POWERFEST title.<\/p>\n

The top 16 finishers received prize money for their efforts. A min-cash weighed in at $4,120 with a final table appearance upping that sum to $6,695. This is the prize awarded to \u201cPhileasFogg\u201d<\/strong> who has himself been reaching POWERFEST final tables for fun.<\/p>\n

Also at the final table as \u201crdcrsnn\u201d<\/strong> who has three POWERFEST titles to his name this series and Dusk Till Dawn owner Robert \u201cRob_Yong_\u201d Yong<\/strong> who our Chairman Mike Sexton<\/strong> spoke so favourably about earlier this month<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But shining the brightest was Mr Simao who banked the $50,470 top prize after defeating \u201cSchelampigaUhu\u201d<\/strong> heads-up.<\/p>\n

While Simao was busy adding another online poker title to his already impressive resume, his Team partypoker team mate Anatoly \u201cNL_Profit\u201d Filatov<\/strong><\/a> was falling just short of his second POWERFEST victory in less than a week.<\/p>\n

Filatov was the last Team partypoker player member in the POWERFEST #31-H: $150K Gtd NL Hold\u2019em<\/strong> after Simao bust in 32nd place, just inside the money. Filatov navigated his way through to the eight-handed final table before seeing his tournament come to an abrupt end in third-place, a finish worth $24,370.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to \u201cprobirs\u201d<\/strong> who won the $47,100 top prize and his second POWERFEST gong in the space of a few days.<\/p>\n
