Day 1b of the $5 million guaranteed partypoker MILLIONS Online<\/strong> saw 233 players take to the virtual felt and exchange $5,300 for one million chips and a shot at a guaranteed $1 million first-place prize.<\/p>\n

By the time the 16th level was complete, only 37 of those 233 starters had chips in front of them and these players progress to Day 2, which shuffles up and deals at 20:40 GMT (21:40 CET) on December 5.<\/p>\n

Several members of Team partypoker<\/a> bought in on Day 1b, including Jan-Peter Jachtmann<\/strong>, Natalia Breviglieri<\/strong>, Fedor Holz<\/strong>, Patrick Leonard<\/strong>, Marcel Luske<\/strong>, and Dzmitry Urbanovich<\/strong>. Unfortunately for our pros and ambassadors, none of them managed to make it through to Day 2. If any of our players are to win the MILLIONS Online event, they need to take another bite of the cherry in today\u2019s Day 1c (14:00 GMT\/15:00 CET)<\/strong> or Day 1d (17:30 GMT\/18:30 CET)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One player\u00a0who is safely through to Day 2 is \u201cnipa3p3\u201d<\/strong> who ended the night with 13,360,488 chips. The professional grinder is no stranger to big events at partypoker because he won the $5,200 Championship Event Final Phase<\/strong> at the latest Powerfest<\/strong> for a cool $283,500.<\/p>\n

Five other players ended the night with more than 10 million chips. They were \u201cpizaaaaaaaa\u201d<\/strong> (13,230,884), \u201cSpacey1891\u201d<\/strong> (12,599,060), \u201ctriathlon4\u201d<\/strong> (11,140,085), \u201cginger_master\u201d<\/strong> (11,097,421) and \u201cbarrm111\u201d<\/strong> (10,750,745).<\/p>\n

The current chip leader before Day 1c and Day 1d are completed is \u201cMcDIsiLDrOoN\u201d<\/strong> who bagged up 22,419,984 chips on Day 1a<\/a>. Hot on his heels is \u201cGiGioDoNNa99\u201d<\/strong> on 18,235,522 and partypoker ambassador Joao Simao<\/strong> on 15,318,516.<\/p>\n

Some 652 players have bought in so far and 108 of those have progressed to Day 2. Two more Day 1s run on December 5, one at 14:00 GMT (15:00 CET)<\/strong> and one with a turbo blind structure kicking off at 17:30 GMT (18:30 CET)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are several Mega Satellites<\/strong> running throughout the day, giving players the chance to turn a $530 investment into a $5,300 MILLIONS Online seat; these run every hour from 12:00-17:00 GMT (13:00-18:00 CET)<\/strong> and have Feeders costing $22 and $109 to enter, so there is plenty of opportunities to get involved in this massive online event and play for a share of a guaranteed $5 million prize pool.<\/p>\n
