The differences between the previous design and the new partypoker lobby can be seen in the screenshots below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-44727\" src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/client-update-new-theme-570x240.png\" alt=\"upgrade\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The notable changes implemented in this phase 1 update are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved game navigation<\/li>\n<li>Collapsible filters to allow more space to view game choices<\/li>\n<li>New darker lobby and table theme<\/li>\n<li>Updated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/how-to-play\/school\/sit-go-single-table\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sit &amp; Go HERO<\/a> lobby to differentiate between 3 and 4-handed games<\/li>\n<li>Removal of the one click lobby as almost all players prefer the traditional view<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-44728\" src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/client-update-new-table-570x240.png\" alt=\"upgrade\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A phase 2 update will be released in the next quarter and will include a number of additional improvements to the lobby and tables. Among these changes are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to view full screen lobby<\/li>\n<li>Further filter, display, game and tournament information improvements<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced tournament lobby displays<\/li>\n<li>Better table look and feel and more customisation options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Managing Director of partypoker Tom Waters said: \u201cWe acknowledge that our poker product needed some love. We have been working on this project for a number of months with the support of a large group of players. We have been testing the phase 1 release over the past couple of weeks and the feedback from the players has been extremely encouraging. There are many more enhancements in the pipeline and I am confident that by the end of 2017 our players will be delighted with the improved look and feel and the usability of the software. We know what the bigger issues are and believe that these upgrades will address all of those. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to feedback and suggested improvements.
