Hailing from Florida, USA, Mizrachi has spent much of his career travelling around the United States playing major live poker tournaments.<\/p>\n
According to Mizrachi\u2019s Hendon Mob page, his first cash came in march 2004 when he finished sixth in a $565 Limit Hold\u2019em event at the New England Poker Classic, which netted him $6,488. A month later, Mizrachi finished 11th in a $1,500 No-Limit Hold\u2019em tournament at the 2004 WSOP for $12,620.<\/p>\n
Less than eight months later, in December 2004, Mizrachi secured his first six-figure score when he won a $2,080 No Limit Holdem tournament at the Five Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas for $273,040.<\/p>\n
Mizrachi continued steamrollering his opponents, and in January 2005 won another $288,241 by finishing fifth in the $10,200 WPT World Poker Open, before bagging the first of his five seven-figures cashes by taking down the $10,000 WPT L.A. Poker Classic in February 2005 for a cool $1,859,909.<\/p>\n
The following year proved successful too, with Mizrachi winning $2,406,971 thanks in part to the $1,173,373 he collected for winning his second WPT title, the $10,000 Borgata Winter Open, but it was 2010 that still is Mizrachi\u2019s best year in terms of money won.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Grinder\u201d won the $50,000 Poker Players Championship at the 2010 WSOP for $1,559,046 then finished fifth in the $10,000 WSOP Main Event for a still career best $2,332,992. Since then, Mizrachi has also won the \u20ac10,400 Mixed No Limit Hold\u2019em at the 2011 WSOP Europe, and a second Poker Players Championship bracelet at the 2012 WSOP.<\/p>\n
Although Mizrachi may not play as much poker as in the earlier stages of his illustrious career, the man known as \u201cThe Grinder\u201d is still a major threat whenever he sits at a poker table. His unorthodox, super-aggressive style of play means he risks busting from events early, but if he manages to amass a decent stack, he becomes almost unplayable as he will relentlessly bet and raise opponents.
