By the time registration closed, there were 3,579 entrants, yet the tournament was still concluded in four hours and seven minutes! Jakef131 was in the big blind and only had 815,468 chips at his disposal so called them off with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/4s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Unfortunately for Jakef131, Hallonbananan92 had made his move with the best hand in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/how-to-play\/texas-holdem\">Texas Holdem<\/a>, the super strong <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/as.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ad.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. The <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/2h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> didn\u2019t even hint at helping Jakef131 and he became the seventh place finisher.<\/p>\n<p>By this point, stevenstevenson had rebuilt his stack to over 16 million and was one of the bigger stacks. His chip lead was confirmed when he jammed with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and was looked up by Robtyx who called his last three big blinds with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Five jack-less community cards later and the final table was down to five players.<\/p>\n<p>Five became four when stevenstevenson continued his one-man wrecking spree. He moved all in from the button with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/4d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and Hallonbanan92 called from his seat in the big blind with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/8d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. The <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/2d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> flop meant there were more diamonds on show than Beyonce owns, but Hallonbanan92 needed another to appear, specifically the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/td.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">, otherwise he would bust. The <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/7s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> turn and <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/tc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> river failed to improve Hallonbanan92 to his unlikely straight flush and the table gained another empty seat.<\/p>\n<p>Pocket pairs become lethal weapons when the stacks are short, just as Peipsinat. He moved in with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and <strong>The_Underlife<\/strong> called with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ks.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. Game over for The_Underlife.<\/p>\n<p>Third place, and $2,525 in prize money, went to Peipsinat who got his chips into the middle with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and found himself up against the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/as.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> of stevenstevenson. An ace on the flop was enough to bust Peipsinat and leave stevenstevenson to take on <strong>xplussx<\/strong> heads-up for the title.<\/p>\n<p>It was a rather uneven contest between the final two players as stevenstevenson held a massive 64,789,998 to 6,709,012 chip lead. Amazingly, xplussx managed to last 10 hands before getting his chips in with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/kh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/3c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and running into the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ac.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> of stevenstevenson.
