The blinds are now 6,000 &#8211; 12,000 ante 2,000. There are just 200 big blinds in play now, of course they aren&#8217;t spread evenly. Look below to see who&#8217;s in the penthouse and who&#8217;s close to being in the outhouse. The players chip stacks are as below. The +\/- figure in brackets is their profit\/loss since the end of the last level and the big blind figure is how many they have for the current level.<\/p>\n<p>Talal Shakerchi &#8211; 530,000 (+245,000) 44 big blinds<br \/>\nDan Shak &#8211; 471,000 (+18,000) 40 big blinds<br \/>\nPhil Laak &#8211; 395,000 (+102,000) 33 big blinds<br \/>\nTony G &#8211; 332,000 (-116,000) 28 big blinds<br \/>\nTobias Reinkemeier &#8211; 276,000 (-103,000) 23 big blinds<br \/>\nJennifer Tilly &#8211; 153,000 (-4,000) 13 big blinds<br \/>\nJason Mercier &#8211; 127,000 (-191,000) 11 big blinds<br \/>\nIgor Kurganov &#8211; 116,000 (-53,000) 10 big blinds<\/p>\n<h3>Good level for<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Talal Shakerchi<\/strong> It&#8217;s been good level, bad level, good level for the British businessmen, but he&#8217;s bounced back in fine style to take the chip lead. He hasn&#8217;t done it but playing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/how-to-play\/texas-holdem\">texas hold&#8217;em<\/a> either, in one particular hand against Phil Laak he defended out of position with 9-4 and then led on a K-7-8 flop and forced Laak to give it up.<\/p>\n<h3>Bad level for<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Jason Mercier<\/strong> The man many touted as the favourite in this group is in real trouble in this heat and is down to just xx big blinds. He got a little unfortunate to only finish fourth in the first heat, but if he were to pick up the bagel in heat two he&#8217;d be really up against it.<\/p>\n<h3>Hand of the level<\/h3>\n<p>Talal Shakerchi showed yet again that he&#8217;s not going to pushed around and that he&#8217;s not someone to mess with.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-flop Mercier made it 16,000 to go on the button with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jh.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ts.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> and Shakerchi called from the small blind with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5c.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">. On the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/qd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/6d.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/9s.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> flop, Mercier c-bet and Shakerchi check-called. &#8220;He&#8217;s called that bet knowing he&#8217;s going to have to fold to almost any turn card if Jason bets again,&#8221; said Jesse May.<\/p>\n<p>Turn: <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/5h.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">, &#8220;Almost any turn card,&#8221; said May.
