The World Poker Tour National London Main Event has crowned its champion and that champion is Reece Lewis.<\/p>\n

Lewis went into the heads-up battle with Elior Sion with a substantial 4,325,000 to 1,085,000 chip lead and it took less than 30 minutes to press that advantage home. The final hand saw a short-stacked Sion get his chips into the middle with and run straight into the monster that is pocket aces!<\/p>\n

The flop came down with more diamonds than Beyonce wears to one of her gigs and members of the rail asked for a fourth diamond for a sweat to a chop! Just as the dealer was dealing the turn, the monitors displaying the board went black and when they turned back on the was on fourth street. Sion couldn\u2019t win but a fifth diamond would see the pot get split.<\/p>\n

After burning a card, the dealer turned over a red card but it was the , which was no help to Sion and Lewis was announced as champion.<\/p>\n

\n4th \u2013 Kevin Williams: \u00a325,000

The eight-handed final table kicked off at 14:00GMT and was done and dusted six and a half hours later. The first player eliminated was Emma Tolley<\/a><\/strong> who raised all-in on a board with only to run slap-bang into the of Lewis.<\/p>\n

Seventh place went to Carlo Citrone<\/a><\/strong>, who must be commended for managing to ladder up the payouts because he started the finale with 5.5 big blinds. Citrone moved all in with from the button and Robin Fisher called with pocket fives. The fives held and Citrone\u2019s tournament ended abruptly.<\/p>\n

There was then a double elimination when Sion took a high variance line<\/a>. Wang Weikan<\/strong> shoved for 297,000 at the 10,000\/20,000\/3,000a level with , Rasmus Larsen<\/strong> three-bet all-in for 1,363,000 and Sion called with . The board busted Weikang and Larsen and Sion seemed unstoppable.<\/p>\n

Four-handed play went into the next level, the level that claimed the tournament life of popular pro Kevin Williams<\/a><\/strong>. Fisher opened to 70,000 with and Williams three-bet all in for 214,000 with the dominated . Fisher called and when the board ran out it was game over for Williams.<\/p>\n

Fisher lost a large percentage of his stack when he bet 125,000 when Lewis checked to him on a board. Lewis called and the dealer put out the river. Lewis checked again, with his and Fisher looked set to shove his 10-12 big blinds in but couldn\u2019t pull the trigger with his . Lewis won the pot.<\/p>\n

A couple of hands later Sion opened to 80,000 then called when Fisher shoved for 465,000 with . Sion turned over and when the board ran out the duo split the pot!<\/p>\n

Fisher\u2019s exit hand saw Sion open the betting, Lewis flat-call and Fisher squeeze all-in. Sion folded but Lewis called. Fisher\u2019s never caught up to Lewis\u2019 when the board ran out to seal Fisher\u2019s fate.<\/p>\n
