Yesterday we caught up with Phil Hellmuth<\/strong><\/a> via Jesse May, you can read the first part of that great interview if you missed it. And now let’s continue:<\/p>\n

Feeling 21 Again<\/h3>\n

It was after the final table of the WPT Malta<\/strong>. Phil had gamely done ten hours of commentary straight, which was a blast on the live stream, and a big group of everyone still in town had partied at the Reggae Bar. We walked with Hellmuth back to the hotel, not too late, as he was playing the very next day in Cannes.<\/p>\n

I mustered up the courage to ask for something I had wanted for a long time, an authentic Phil Hellmuth black cap, with PH on the front and the number twelve on the side. I got my cap.<\/p>\n

The Rest Is History<\/h3>\n

I only got to wear that cap once before it became a part of history, as just one week after this interview Phil Hellmuth won his thirteenth WSOP bracelet<\/a><\/strong> by taking down the main event at the World Series of Poker Europe. I\u2019m twenty-one years old again and a man in awe. I\u2019ve had a life in poker with a front and center seat to watch Phil Hellmuth. It\u2019s been well worth it.<\/p>\n
