Ganon excelled on his starting flight, turning a 100,000 starting stack into a tournament-leading pile of chips worth 2,790,515. The Argentinian eliminated a staggering 16 opponents on his march to the top of the chip counts, those busted players sending $1,846 worth of bounty payments to Ganon’s partypoker account. Unsurprisingly, nobody has accumulated as many scalps as Ganon at this stage.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Gill<\/strong> is the only other player with more than two million chips right now. The popular Brit currently occupies second place on the leaderboard courtesy of his 2,096,886 stack. There is still a long way to go in this tournament but expect Gill to be there or thereabouts when the big money is awarded.<\/p>\n

It is not only the $320 high edition of the event that is running because the $55 buy-in medium and $11 buy-in low also crown their champions today.<\/p>\n
