Brazil\u2019s <strong>Eduardo Silva<\/strong> triumphed in the $530 buy-in Super 500 and secured a $109,307 score, while Canadian <strong>Timothy Cavallin<\/strong> helped himself to the $61,668 top prize of the $109 Grand Prix event.<\/p>\n<h2>Silva Shines in the Super 500<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Super 500<\/strong> featured a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool but paid out $683,000 thanks to 1,366 players buying in across several starting flights. Ninth-place finisher <strong>Morten Hvam<\/strong> netted $8,637.<\/p>\n<p>Pascal Hartmann and <strong>Ioannis Angelou Konstas<\/strong> were the next casualties; they won $10,993 and $13,925 respectively. <strong>Ying Ho<\/strong>, <strong>Joshua Gebissa<\/strong>, and <strong>Yannick Schumaker<\/strong> then fell by the wayside to leave only three players in the hunt for the title.<\/p>\n<p>Those three became two when <strong>Maxim Mamonov<\/strong> of Russia bowed out in third and collected $51,618. <strong>Nino Ullmann<\/strong> and <strong>Eduardo Silva<\/strong> fought it out one-on-one for the title, and it was Silva who emerged from the battle victoriously. Canada\u2019s <strong>Timothy Cavallin<\/strong> outlasted all the entrants and became a worthy champion of this MILLIONS Online event.<\/p>\n<p>Day 2 saw 639 in-the-money players return to the partypoker tables. All returning players were in the money and guaranteed $221, but each had their eye on the $61,668 top prize.<\/p>\n<p>The likes of Team partypoker\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/day-kotoviezy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Day Kotoviezy<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/jaime-staples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jamie Staples<\/strong><\/a> were early casualties. The Dane\u2019s exit in third came with $27,986 in prize money.<\/p>\n<p>Heads-up pitted <strong>James Wals<\/strong>h against <strong>Timothy Cavallin<\/strong> in a battle for the title and the lion\u2019s share of the prize pool.
