Hi guys, Mikita Badziakouski here and I would like to share my story of getting in love with poker.<\/p>\n
It’s been a decade already and I hope this affair is only going to continue.\u00a0When I was 5 years old I started learning chess and when I got to 10 I was already spending hours playing cards games. At the age of 12 I’ve firstly tried sports betting which became my prime interest for the next 4 years until I’ve met poker.\u00a0I could certainly say that since I was a kid my biggest passions were intellectual rivalry and gambling so poker was the ideal mix of both. I was due to become obsessed with a game.<\/p>\n
My first interaction with poker happened at the age of 16 when I watched episodes of Main Event WSOP and the idea of coming to this special event became one of my dreams. I have quickly checked that I’m gonna turn 21 only in 2013 so that’s the reason I chose the nickname fish2013 which you can now find me playing under on partypoker.<\/p>\n
Its been 10 years but I never had a single regret about getting the into poker world. Variance helped me realize how unpredictable and full of randomness our life is and I believe that all downswings made me stronger.<\/p>\n
Some people call us gamblers while in reality poker is such a great lesson and the knowledge you get from our game is very applicable in a variety of real life situations.<\/p>\n
And the last but not least I have to say is that there is so many interesting people in the poker community and I’m very thankful for meeting and being friends with many of them!\u00a0So cheers to poker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
