Whoever becomes the MILLIONS North Cyprus Warm-Up champion walks away with $240,265, and Martirosian is the man in pole position right now.<\/p>\n<p>Martirosian has happy memories of the <strong>five-star all-inclusive Merit Crystal Cove Hotel &amp; Spa<\/strong> because he won a <strong>$100,000 Super High Roller<\/strong> event a couple of weeks ago. The Russian padded his ample bankroll with a career-best $1,400,000.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian soared into the chip lead during the 6,000\/12,000\/120,000a level. <strong>Milad Oghabian<\/strong> four-bet to 240,000 preflop, and Martirosian called. Martirosian bet 100,000 on a ten-high flop, and Oghabian called. Oghabian moved all in on the <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> turn with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/ad.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/kd.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\">, holding a gutshot straight draw and the nut flush draw. Martirosian called with <img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/jc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/wp-content\/plugins\/handy-cards\/cards\/tc.gif\" class=\"handy-cards\" width=\"25\" height=\"15\"> for two pair, which held.<\/p>\n<p>Martirosian is not the only big name among the 94 players through to Day 3. His fellow Russian <strong>Viktor Ustimov<\/strong> has 2,400,000 chips while Day 1A chip leader <strong>Muharrem Atsiz<\/strong> progressed with 2,370,000 chips.<\/p>\n<p>Flamboyant Frenchman <strong>Johan Guilbert<\/strong> (1,068,000), <strong>Ionel Anton<\/strong> (916,000), WSOP bracelet winner <strong>Kacper Pyzara<\/strong> (680,000), <strong>Walid Bou Habib<\/strong> (650,000), <strong>Nicolas Chouity<\/strong> (625,000), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/dmitry-gromov-is-the-wpt-vienna-champion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dmitry Gromov<\/strong><\/a> (239,000) are just a handful of names to look out for on Day 3.<\/p>\n<p>The Day 3 plan is to first burst the money bubble before whittling the field down to the <strong>official nine-handed final table<\/strong>.
