There is no direct buy-in to this tournament, you need to play your way into it from one of the phase below, which costs $109 to enter.<\/p>\n

However, because the WPT Championship Main Event satellites are phased, it is possible to start your quest for a $5,300 seat, where you will play for a share of at least $5 million, from only $0.01.<\/p>\n

$0.01 buy-in WPT Championship Main Event Centrolls take place throughout the day, and award at least 15 tickets to Phase 1, each worth $4.40. Those $4.40 Phase 1 satellites pay out $22 tickets into the next available Phase 2.<\/p>\n

Make it through the $22 buy-in Phase 2 and you receive a $109 entry to the penultimate Phase 3. You are then only one satellite grind away from reaching the weekly final where no less than 20x $5,300 WPT Championship Main Event Day 1A seat wait to be won.<\/p>\n

What Are Phased Satellites?<\/h2>\n

Phase satellites are like a multi-day satellite that makes it possible for more players to get involved with our biggest events<\/strong>. You can buy into any stage you see fit or that your bankroll allows.<\/p>\n

Each phase ends either after a set number of levels or when a specific number of players remain in the satellite. Reaching this point sees you progress to the next available phase, doing so with your chip stack in tow. This system makes it possible to go into the weekly final with a colossal stack of chips in your arsenal.<\/p>\n

For example, Bulgarian Georgi Sandev<\/strong> has played his way into the July 25 weekly final with a 2,558,274 stack. This is the equivalent of 255.8 big blinds<\/strong> when the final shuffles up and deals. Sandev is far from guaranteed a $5,300 seat, but he has done his chances of securing one no harm at all.<\/p>\n
