Irvine&#8217;s reward for his impressive victory was a cash prize worth $81,841, which includes bounty payments.<\/p>\n<p>A bumper turnout of 333 entrants on Day 1C ensured the $500,000 guarantee was not only met but surpassed by $74,000. Irvine had already secured his Day 2 place thanks to finishing ninth at the end of Day 1B.<\/p>\n<p>The final day began with 84 players in the hunt for the title. The likes of <strong>Joao Vieira<\/strong>, <strong>Dominik Nitsche<\/strong>, Team partypoker&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/en\/p\/team-partypoker\/day-kotoviezy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Day Kotoviezy<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Dzmitry Urbanovich<\/strong>, and <strong>Kristen Bicknell<\/strong>, and recent POWERFEST Main Event champion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/diego-cuellar-wins-the-2021-powerfest-main-event.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Diego Cuellar<\/strong><\/a> all crashed out, the latter doing so in 11th place.<\/p>\n<p>Seven players reached the final table with Irvine leading the way. <strong>Rodrigo Selouan<\/strong> was the first casualty of the final table. Finnish star <strong>Casimir Seire<\/strong>, <strong>Joel Nystedt<\/strong>, and <strong>Alexander Van Der Swaluw<\/strong> followed Selouan to the sidelines.<\/p>\n<p>The dangerous <strong>Conor Beresford<\/strong> ran out of steam in third place, which netted him a combined $32,241 in addition to sending the tournament into the heads-up stage. Ninety-nine players bought in and were whittled to a more manageable 17 on Day 1. There is a familiar name at the top of the chip counts, one that always seems to be there or thereabouts in these high roller tournaments: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/michael-addamo-wins-mega-high-roller-for-1-3m.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Michael Addamo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Addamo is one of two players to finish Day 1 of the High Roller with a seven-figure stack. The Australian superstar bagged up 1,519,333 chips when the curtain came down on proceedings. His stack is more than twice the size of third-placed <strong>David Coleman<\/strong> (762,208).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramiro Petrone<\/strong> excelled on Day 1, too.
