Austrian Lukas Wimmer is second in chips at the restart with 190,243,207 chips at his disposal.

Three other stars sit down at the virtual felt with nine-figure arsenals. Stoyan Kitanov of Bulgaria (175,842,504), Dylan Rowe from New Zealand (162,834,053), and Lithuania’s Deividas Kvaselis (110,453,978) being that trio.

Been and Adams Still In The Hunt

Further down the chip counts, but most definitely still in the hunt for WPT500 glory are the likes of Padro Padilha Chaves of Brazil (94,463,576), Dutch grinder David Singontiko (94,243,469), and Mexico-based superstar Aaron Been (84,330,612). Adams primarily plays cash games but has a superb record in high buy-in poker tournaments. To date, Adams has almost $5.2 million in live poker tournament winnings and will be a major threat if he manages to accumulate some chips early on.

WPT500 Final Table Prizes

Place

Prize

1

$181,544

2

$123,254

3

$84,064

4

$55,719

5

$37,894

6

$28,887

7

$22,357

8

$17,716

9

$13,801

Watch The WPT500 Final Table Action Unfold On Twitch

James Dempsey and Team partypoker’s Patrick Leonard are in the commentary booth throughout the WPT500’s final table, bringing you expert, easy-to-understand analysis of all the action.

Join Dempsey and Leonard from 20:30 GMT live and exclusively on our awesome new-look Twitch channel.

Recent WPT500 Festival Side Event Results

There have been some incredible results in WPT500 series side events while the $1 million guaranteed WPT500 8-Max event was progressing to its final table.

Andras Nemeth helped himself to a $107,282 prize by taking down the $5,200 High Roller Event. David Peters triumphed in the $3,200 6-Max High Roller and walked away with a $50,532 prize.

A special mention has to go to Karim Maekelberg who won the $215 7-Max Turbo for $6,768 and followed that up with victory in the $215 6-Max Turbo Knockout for an additional $6,761.

Andras Nemeth – first-place in the $5,200 High Roller for $107,282

David Peters – first-place in the $3,200 6-Max High Roller for $50,532

Dwayne Slius – first-place in the $1,050 High Roller Turbo Knockout for $21,386*

Boris Angelov – first-place in the $530 Omaha for $12,489

Augusto Hagen – first-place in the $265 Hyper Knockout for $9,503*

Patrick Lauber – first-place in the $320 Mix-Max Turbo Knockout for $9,006*

Karim Maekelberg – first-place in the $215 7-Max Turbo for $6,768

Karim Maekelberg – first-place in the $215 6-Max Turbo for $6,761

Michiel Brummelhuis – first-place in the $215 Mix-Max Turbo for $6,586

Joshua Hoesel – first-place in the $162 6-Max Turbo Knockout for $5,654

Simon Nielsen – first-place in the $215 7-Max Turbo for $5,545

*includes bounty payments

Love poker?
