The top 13 finishers each received a slice of this pie, so spare a thought for Netherlands\u2019 <strong>Marcus Dieleman<\/strong> who popped that all-important money bubble when he busted in 14th place.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Mulsow was the first star to cash in this event. <strong>Jesper Nordkvist<\/strong>, <strong>Bujtas Laszlo<\/strong>, and <strong>Breixo Gonzalez Pena<\/strong> followed Mulsow to the sidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wojciech Mazurkiewicz<\/strong> saw his tournament end in ninth place before PLO specialist <strong>Andreas Torgersen<\/strong>, arguably one of the best Omaha players to have played the game \u2013 does the name <strong>Skjervoy<\/strong> ring any bells? \u2013 fell in eighth to set the final table.<\/p>\n<h2>Former WPTWOC Champion Bows Out<\/h2>\n<p>British PLO grinder <strong>Gavin Cochrane<\/strong> crashed out in seventh and won the tournament\u2019s last four-figure sum. Cochrane loves the big festival events at partypoker having won a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/gavin-cochrane-takes-down-wptwoc-8-max-championship.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>WPTWOC 8-Max Championship<\/strong><\/a> in August 2020 for $540,664.<\/p>\n<p>Sixth-place and $10,728 went to the first of three Finnish players to reach the final table. <strong>Jens Kyllonen<\/strong>, better known to some of you as the legendary <strong>\u201cJeans89\u201d<\/strong>, couldn\u2019t quite get the job done this time around.<\/p>\n<p>Kyllonen\u2019s fellow Finn <strong>Samuli Sipila<\/strong> had to make do with a fifth-place finish worth $13,726 this time around, while <strong>Yuri Dzivielevski<\/strong> busted in fourth, and collected $18,671 as a result.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/kristen-bicknell-wants-to-give-you-a-5300-millions-online-main-event-seat.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kristen Bicknell Wants To Give You a $5,300 MILLIONS Online Main Event Seat<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Heads-up was set with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partypoker.com\/blog\/en\/poker-masters-victories-for-watson-and-nemeth.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Andras Nemeth<\/strong><\/a> bowed out in third, a result that saw $26,397 head to the Hungarian\u2019s partypoker account.<\/p>\n<p>Fernandes and Finland\u2019s <strong>Aku Joentausta<\/strong> battled one-on-one for the title and a $22,390 difference in payouts. They didn\u2019t make a deal despite that large pay jump, which meant Joentausta collected $38,635 when Fernandes defeated in the final clashes of this event.<\/p>\n<p>Victory saw Fernandes bank $61,025, and give himself plenty of ammunition for the rest of the MILLIONS Online series.<\/p>\n<h2>Fernandes Reaches Another Final Table<\/h2>\n<p>Fernandes\u2019 day got even better because he navigated his way to a third-place finish in the <strong>$1,050 Omaha Turbo Knockout<\/strong> side event. With bounties includes, Fernandes won an additional $8,429. <strong>Christos Argyriadis<\/strong> won this event for $26,241 after sending <strong>Maximilian Lehmanski<\/strong> ($16,045) to the showers in second place.<\/p>\n<h2>Get Ready For The $500,000 Gtd Opener<\/h2>\n<p>This weekend sees the <strong>$500,000 guaranteed Opener<\/strong> event commence.
