Oktoberfest Promotional Terms:

• 1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyPoker.com "Oktoberfest" promotion, that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• 2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
  • be eighteen (18) years of age or older;
  • be a resident of Germany, Austria or Switzerland (any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a"Qualifying Player")
• 3. Tournaments:
  • 3.1 Shall take place on PartyPoker.com Wednesdays from 2nd September 2009 until 16th September 2009 at 14:00 ET (20:00 CET).
  • 3.2 The Buy-in entry to the Tournaments shall be 25 PartyPoints.
  • 3.3 A maximum of six thousand (6000) players shall be able to participate; and registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
  • 3.4 The winner of each tournament will receive one (1) Prize Package for themselves plus one for a guest of their choice.
  • 3.5 All the Tournaments are games of No-Limit Texas Hold em Poker.
• 4. A “Prize Package” shall include two (2) night stay in 4* Arabella Sheraton Park Hotel Munich (2nd October–and 4th October 2009) including: breakfast, dinner at “Drehmoser hut” in Garmisch, live poker tournament for the Prize Package winner (“Winner”) and party for guests, visit of a high ropes course in Munich including lunch, access to the PartyPoker box in the Oktoberfest tent “Hippodrom” including dinner and drinks, access to reserved PartyPoker VIP area in club P1 including drinks.
• 5. You may only win a maximum of one (i) prize package for yourself plus one guest of your choice.
• 6. Winners must accept the Prize Package as-is. We reserve the right to replace each Prize Package with one of similar or greater value. Winners may not sell or transfer their Prize Package to any third party and no cash alternative is available.
• 7. Winners are responsible for the payment of any applicable tax on any prize or Prize Package won.
• 8. In case a participant outside of Germany, Austria or Switzerland should win the Prize Package, it will be forwarded to the next eligible winner in line.
• 9. In the event that the Winner does not reply to us within forty-eight (48) hours of us having contacted them regarding their Prize Package, we reserve the right to offer the Prize Package to the next applicable runner up.
• 10. The Winner must produce valid photo identification and proof of age to claim the Prize Package. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere or conform to these requirements, or who it is discovered not to be a Qualifying Player, will not be able to take up their Prize Package.
• 11. You are responsible for arranging and paying for any travel arrangements yourself and paying any additional sums as may be required, including by way of example only, travel and transfer costs from your place of residence, travel insurance and other incidental expenses.
• 12. Only the Winners of the Prize Package will be granted a seat at the PartyPoker live poker tournament Friday evening. PartyPoker will provide some surprise prizes for the first, second and third place of this tournament.
• 13. All transfers during the weekend are included in the Prize Package , but participants will have to be on time at the communicated meeting points. Participants will have no right to claim refunds for missed transfers.
• 14. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of this Promotion or the Tournaments, or acts in a disruptive manner or breaches the Rules.
• 15. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion or any of the Tournaments, or any aspects of them, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion and/or Tournaments you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
• 16. If the Promotion and/or Tournaments cannot be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, then we shall incur no liability and no prize will be awarded.
