- ´Grinding´ is a poker term which refers to players who play for hours 'grinding' out their opponents.
- How can I check how many PartyPoints I have earned
during the promotion period?
- Standard PartyPoints earned during the promotion period will be recorded in the PartyAccount section of The Grind promotion.
- What does it mean by Grinding for consecutive days?
- In order to meet promotion requirements the players are required to Grind (play) for consecutive days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc...
- If they play on Monday, miss Tuesday but play Wednesday and Thursday this will only count as 2 consecutive days of play. This means that they will have to play on Friday to earn a place in the 1st GRINDROLL tournament.
- What are GRINDROLLS
- They are exactly the same as freerolls.
- What are these so called GRINDLOADS
- They are exactly the same as deposit bonus.
- The promotion mentions that players can choose between
two sets of GRINDLOADS - how does this work?
- The amount of days you successfully Grind will determine what GRINDROLL offer you receive.
- You will have to choose between the two GRINDLOADS. Remember: you will only be able to take one - so choose wisely. Click here to check the GRINDLOAD options
- If I earn enough points to play in one of the freerolls, how will I
be notified and will I be auto registered.
- Your status will be updated in your Party Account under the Grind.
- On Sunday, we will display all the tournaments you are eligible to play in and their starting times.
- A tournament entry will be issued to you, although you will still have to register before the tournament starts.
- How many GRINDROLLS can I enter?
- The amount of days you Grind, and the amount of PartyPoints you earn, will determine this.
- If you Grind for 3 days, earning 25 PartyPoints per day, you will be entered into the first tournament: the $2,000 GRINDROLL.
- If you Grind for 5 days, earning 300 PartyPoints or more per day, you will not only be entered in the $20,000 GRINDROLL, but you will also be entered in all the other five GRINDROLLS.
- Where can I find these GRINDROLLS
- These GRINDROLLS can be found in the "Events" tab under "Tournaments"
- Can I opt out of the promotion?
- Once you opt in, you can't opt out. After the promotion has started, you will receive only one more email which is the bonus offer on the first Sunday of play.
- I have missed out on the XXXX GRINDROLL by only 2 points. Can you
make an exception for me?
- No, as this would result in many of our customers complaining and this would not be fair on other players who have met the qualifying restrictions.

- If a significant downtime does occur - which we think has had an effect on qualifying - we will make appropriate changes to the tournament structure

- If you have met the minimum requirements - to grind for 3 days and earn 25 PartyPoints per day - you will be sent an email inviting you to register.
- Do bonus points count towards the promotion?
- NO, bonus points do not count for this promotion. We will only record base points.

- All promotion times for the Grind promotion will be held in EST.
- The daily times for earning points is 00:00 EST till 23:59 EST between Monday to Saturday.
- There is a mention about giving out a Wii and iPods
as tournament prizes, although they have a value next to them, what does this
mean?
- The value next to the prizes is the cash equivalent we are giving players.
- Unless otherwise requested by the player, we will be issuing the cash value.
- So if I want the Wii and the iPod what should I do?
- If you're a successful winner and don't want the cash, you will need to send us an email stating that you want the prize. In this email you should specify your address and contact telephone number.

- The grand prize is a Mini Cooper Convertible. How do
I win it?
- The Mini Cooper Convertible is the main prize. To enter the draw, you have to play for ten days: five consecutive days in week one and five consecutive days in week two.
- Since the minimum amount of points you can accumulate to reach this stage is 250, every player who does will qualify for one ticket in the Mini Cooper S prize drawing.
- Every additional 25 points earns the player an additional ticket.
