How to play
- You will be presented with a list of available tables when you enter the Multi Player Multi Hand Blackjack Lobby.
- The categories of available tables are shown in the tree structure on the left-hand side of the screen.
- You can navigate between the categories in the tree structure to see all the available tables in that category.
- Double-click on a table shown on right-hand side to select your game.
- The game lists can be sorted by clicking on any of the available column headings. Click on the column heading to reverse the order the information is sorted in.
- You may view a table and join a game if seats are available.
- Each table can accommodate up to five players, plus the dealer.
- You can occupy multiple seats.
- Click on ‘Take seat’ to occupy the seat.
- Occupied seats will have an account name next to them.
- If you join a table in the middle of a hand, you must wait until the round is over before you can take your seat and place a bet.
- Clicking on 'Take seat' will open up the buy-in window, prompting you to buy into the table. The seat is reserved for you for 20 seconds.
- Once you have bought into the table, left-click on the bet area of your seat to place the required bet, and then click on ‘DEAL’ to initiate the hand. The cards will only be dealt once all players have clicked on ‘DEAL’ or once the global timer shown in the top-left corner has expired.
- Right-click on a bet you have placed to remove it.
- Once you have placed a bet on the table, you can choose to skip the current hand by clicking on the 'SKIP' button rather than the ‘DEAL’ button. You will automatically leave a seat if you skip a game three consecutive times.
- The 'SKIP' button will not be shown if only one seat at the tab le is occupied.
- You can choose to vacate any seat you have occupied by clicking on the 'Leave seat' button.
- You may also change your position at the table between hands by clicking on another open seat.
- You will be called upon to make certain actions within a set time frame. This will be indicated by a timer. You will automatically skip the hand if you fail to place your bet or click the ‘DEAL’ button in time.
- Your chips are stacked in denominations of $1, $5, $25, and $100 in the bottom-right of the game window.
- Click on 'DEAL' once you have placed your bet to start the game.
- The cards will be dealt to all the players who clicked 'DEAL' before the global timer expired.
- All the active players will be dealt two card face-up. The dealer receives two cards, one face-up, and the other face-down.
- The dealer checks for blackjack before the players draw their third card if his face-up card is a face card.
- The active hand is indicated by an arrow mark pointing towards it.
- You can choose from several different options offered to you at the bottom-right of the game screen, depending on the strength of your hand. The options offered are 'HIT', 'STAND', 'SURRENDER', ‘DOUBLE’ or 'SPLIT'.
- If you place a bet but don't play your hand on within the given time limit, the game will assume you have chosen to stand and you will be put into the 'Auto stand' mode.
- You will be shown the 'INSURANCE' option if the dealer’s face-up card is an ace..
- The dealer plays his hand out once all players have finished playing their hands. The result of the hand will then be displayed. This will be either win, lose, push, or blackjack.
- The dealer will stand if all the players involved in the hand go bust.
- You will lose your entire bet amount if you go bust.
- Your bet will automatically be repeated in the next hand. You can change your bet by clicking on a chip of a different denomination and then clicking on your stack.

Game options
Stand: Clicking on the ‘STAND’ button will keep your hand at its current value. You may stand at any time, if you are satisfied with your hand. Click the ‘STAND’ button, and when the dealer has completed his hand, they will be compared.
Hit: If you wish to take another card, you may continue to do so until you either stand or go bust. Click on ‘HIT’ to be dealt the next card.
Double: After the first two cards are dealt an option to ‘double’ will be displayed to you (except if you have a blackjack). Once this option is selected, the bet amount is automatically doubled, and you will be dealt one more card. The hand will auto-stand after the next card is dealt. Doubling is also available as an option after splitting. If the hand qualifies for doubling, but your game balance is not sufficient for the additional bet, the double option will not be offered. If you lose the bet, you lose the entire bet amount, the initial bet, and the additional amount placed for the double option.
Split: If you have two cards of the same value (for example two 7s, two 10s, a king and a jack, etc.), you can click ’SPLIT’ to split the cards into two separate hands. This option is also available if you are dealt two aces as your first two cards. Once this option is selected, an additional bet (equal to your original bet) is automatically placed. You are only allowed to split once, even if more splitting opportunities arise. If the hand qualifies for a split, but your account balance is not sufficient for the additional bet, then the split option will not be offered. You may draw as many cards as you wish on each split hand, with the exception of splitting on Aces. If you split aces, only one card will be dealt to each split hand. If a 10-point card is dealt to either Ace, the hand is counted as 21, not blackjack.
How to Play the Split Option:
- Once the split option is chosen, the cards are split into two separate hands, and one more card is dealt to each of the hands. The hand with an arrow pointing towards it is active (i.e., the one you are currently playing).
- Click on ‘HIT’/’STAND’, or any of the other options offered, depending upon your hand.
- Once the first hand is decided, the arrow will move to the second hand.
- Click on ‘HIT’/’STAND’, or any of the other options offered, depending upon your hand.
Insurance: Insurance gives you a chance to protect yourself from the dealer’s blackjack. If the dealer's first card (the open card) is an ace, you can choose to insure your hand against the dealer's blackjack by clicking on ‘INSURANCE’. Insurance costs 50% of the bet amount, and is in addition to the initial bet placed by you. Once you opt for insurance, the additional bet is automatically placed. If the dealer has a blackjack, the insurance bet pays 2:1, and you will lose the initial bet. If the dealer does not get a blackjack, you lose the insured bet and the game continues for the initial bet amount. Insurance is not offered to you if you get a blackjack. The insurance option will not be offered if your hand qualifies for insurance, but your game balance is not sufficient for the additional bet.
Surrender: As your point total is announced, you can choose to discontinue play of your hand for that round and surrender half of your bet amount. You have the option to surrender on the first two cards. This decision must be made prior to indicating whether you wish to double down, split pairs, stand, or hit. The ‘Surrender' option is offered once the dealer has checked to see if he has a blackjack. If the dealer’s second card results in a blackjack, your entire wager will be collected by the dealer and the game will come to an end. However, half your bet will be returned to you if the dealer's second card does not make blackjack and you opted for the 'Surrender' option
