Top questions

I don't remember my account name/password? How can I get this information?

For security purposes, passwords cannot be retrieved. However, you can set a new one password. If you have a play money account, you just need to type your account name in the log in pop-up, and then click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to your registered address.
For all real money accounts, our standard practice is to verify your account information over the phone before we send the password reset link to your email address. Please call us on our support numbers so we can complete this process and get you playing again as quickly as possible.

Every time you change your email address, you will have to validate it before you can access the Cashier. To request a validation code, click on the ‘My Account’ menu of the Lobby, and then click on ‘Change/validate email’.

Click on the ‘Request new validation code or change email’ button. This will send a four-digit validation code to the email address registered to your account. Once you know the four-digit code, you will have to enter it in the ‘Validate email address’ field. Once you’ve done this, click on the ‘Validate’ button. A pop-up message will open, confirming the validation.

If you are unable to receive the email containing the four-digit code, please make sure the email wasn’t sent to you junk email folder. You may have to add info@partypoker.com to your address book if you have any junk filters. Please contact our 24/7 Customer Care team if you need any assistance.

I won a freeroll entry through a tournament. How can I find out more information about the freeroll?

Then click on ‘Check your freeroll activity’ to see about the details of your freeroll entry. The freeroll will share the same name as the tournament in which you can use it. Where can I see details about my eligible bonus offers?
