8.3 When are the points added to my account?

The process of calculating how many points you get and them being added to your account, happens every time that you place a bet on a real money game.  If you refresh the game screen when playing, then you will see that your points have been added or if you exit the game/close the game screen you have been on, then you will see that your points have already been added.

The system updates your points automatically, every single time you place a bet!

8.6 What are the PartyPoints program membership levels?

We have four different membership levels.  These are Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces.  The more games you play, then the more points you get.  The more points you have, means that your membership level increases and the more benefits you have.  So if you keep on playing, then you will maximise your potential to earn points and privileges.
Membership level Minimum standard points earned to qualify
Jacks All players start here
Queen 150
Kings 2,000
Aces 6,000

If you are at a Jacks level and you earn 1,000 points in a month, then a player who is at a Queens level will earn 2,000 points, at Kings level, 3,000 and Aces 4,000, so the higher your level, the more points you earn.

8.7 How can I move up a membership level, and how can I stay at that level?

It’s quite straightforward, the more PartyPoints you are awarded, the higher your level will become.  Only the standard points that you earn are considered with regard to membership levels, but once you have the allocated number of points, for example, 150, then you will automatically proceed to the Queens level.
We assess your points total daily and so upgrades happen on a daily basis, you don’t have to wait to be upgraded!

8.9 Do PartyPoints ever expire?

If you remain active in terms of your account and playing, then your Points will never expire.  By active we mean one who earns 1 standard point or more every week.

If your account is inactive or unused for 2 weeks without earning 1 standard point, then a percentage or portion of your points will be removed.  We remove 10% of the balance, or 5 points, whichever is the largest amount.
If an account is dormant ie unused for a total of three consecutive weeks, then we will deduct a further 10% of the balance.  At the end of each week, if the account is still dormant, then we remove another 10%.  This continues for 10 weeks, then any remaining points will simply be removed and the account is viewed as not having any PartyPoints.

For more detailed information, please read our Terms and Conditions for PartyPoints.

8.10 What different Types of PartyPoints are there?

PartyPoints are broken down into two types; Standard Points and Bonus points.
Standard points are the ones that each player is awarded when they bet on various games (please refer to the table in 8.8).  Your membership level will not affect the rate at which you earn standard points.  All players, therefore earn the standard points at the same rate.  For more information about how points are earned at different sites please click here.

Bonus points are just that a bonus!  They are the extra points that you earn dependent on what level you are at.  You can earn these by taking part in special promotions, through our unique bonus offers and by various ways that we sometimes simply say Thank You to our loyal customers.

The bonus points increase as you progress through the various levels.  For example, if you earn 10 points at a Jacks level, then this is a flat rate.  If you are at an Aces rate, then you would earn 40 points: 10 standard and 30 bonus!
